No one talks about this kind of thing, but I had to call All-Pro because my mother died unattended. I was traveling when she passed away, and we didn't find her until a week after her passing. The mess and smell left behind in her house was horrifying, and something that grieving families are left to deal after a body is taken away. This is where Jeff came in. My husband and I and my mother's cat stayed in a hotel, while Jeff took care of everything. He cleaned the air in the house with an ozone machine, biohazard disinfected and properly disposed of her couch which was not salvageable, and cleaned a very expensive area rug which was. The next day I discovered one of the cushions still had a stain, and overall, the sofa was not as clean as it could be. I was very stressed when I texted All Pro the other morning pleading for help. I had had this company several times but this time I got Jeff and what a wonderful job he did! He was here at 10 AM and fixed the problem and then cleaned the rest of the carpeting - I especially appreciated that the outside doors were just opened as far as they needed to be for the hose because I hate the thought of lizards and mice getting in, esp the latter. I wish I could leave a 5 star review, but the service and cleaning I received was not good. Jeff was busy with another job so he set another crew to do my house. I had just bought the house and it has a few stains that I wanted taken out. The crew that came to do the job was in a hurry and was not interested in walking through the house with me to see the stains I was concerned about. They just set up their equipment and started the job. When they were finished there was no questions asked if I was happy with the job ect. They just give me the bill and after I paid they left. They had put my curtains up off the floor and tied them in knots to clean under them. They were left that way and I had the untie them and put them back as they were. The stains were not removed and I feel like it was just a waste of time and money. read more

I found this company via Yelp (5 star reviews). I was in somewhat of a rush to have my tile & carpet cleaned as I'm having guests over soon. I requested a quote through the Yelp app. The owner responded in a half hour. We scheduled the cleaning for two days later. They texted me when they were en route and they were exactly on time. SO GOOD! Our (unfortunately) old, white carpet was in terrible shape, partly from general wear and a poor puppy who suffered serious gastric upsets. I'm sure you can fill in the blanks on that one. UPDATED: Update, Jeff the owner contacted me. Came back out and did an amazing job! Recommend. I am between 2-3 stars. I was told it would take 2 hours to do the rooms. The gentleman was only here for 20-30 min max. I also thought carpet cleaning would include a vacuum of some sort. However there was still plenty of debris on the carpets and dog hair. (Yes I vacuum) however I thought it would include it. I've seen other reviews of people saying they got a rushed service. It may appear you only get good service when the owner comes to do the work? I'm not sure. I'm not sure how I feel about the service.. I would think he rushed and didn't do all steps if he said 2 hours and was only 20 min. read more

The reviews are true! Jeff is kind, friendly, professional, and most importantly did an unbelievable job on my floors and couch. I read many Yelps before selecting All-Pro but his consistent praise is why I went with Jeff (the owner) and All-Pro, and yes-he does look like John Cougar Mellencamp . Jeff arrived on time and knocked. I had to get my dogs in the bedroom, which took a few minutes. No problem for him. I have two English Bulldogs whose hair is everywhere and spend most of their time laxing on the couch. Lots of dog hair and slobber. I apologized for the couch, he said no problem-they're dogs . I wish I would have taken a before pic, but the after is incredible. It looks like the day I bought it. He took his time and got every bully hair and slobber out. My floors look great. My entire house just smells good. He again took his time and really made them like new. My dogs have there own room while I'm at work, I almost couldn't believe they were the same floors.
