I was greeted & asked to sign in on the iPad; after that I was seated in a pedicure chair. After the polish change was complete, I got to relax while waiting for a spot to open in a nail chair. I was asked many times if I was okay or to say "it won't be much longer"; which I appreciated. No big deal since I was just scrolling through my phone like I would at home but getting a massage during! Many times I get nicked by the drill and I didn't!
