But alot haven't been repaired and it's been a loooong time since they've been out of commission. The restrooms need better ventilation and their own AC system. They're hot and stinky. I know what restrooms are for, but plenty of businesses know how to manage them and keep them neat. A massive fan blowing the poop particles everywhere isn't working. The water dispenser needs a filter and a cooling system. I've never had water that gross. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I see them walking around cleaning constantly. But there's only so much they can do. The owners came up with a bunch of rules, but they can't spare a few dollars to make the place more pleasant for their clients. This gym is supposed to be superior to the others and it's falling short of that.

The issue began with repeated, unnecessary delays during guest check-in. Even when the lobby was completely empty and staff were not assisting anyone, I was instructed to "go sit down and wait" rather than being checked in immediately. There was no operational reason for this delay. It appeared to be enforced purely as procedure, despite staff availability. When I asked for clarification or requested the written policy that supposedly required this, no one could explain it or provide documentation. Multiple attempts to obtain clarity were ignored. Instead of responding, management canceled my membership citing vague "Terms and Conditions" violations, without identifying a specific rule, date, incident, or prior warning. I escalated the matter through the Better Business Bureau to obtain transparency. The business still did not respond, and the BBB lowered their rating due to the lack of response. If a business delays customers for no clear reason, cannot explain or document its own rules, and chooses avoidance over communication, that reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who values transparency, efficiency, or being treated like an adult customer.

This location was only advertised as a location that offered swim lessons so I decided to call and the rep had informed me it was a full service gym. Let's go over some of the amenities: They frequently clean throughout the day including a daily deep clean Racquet Ball Court Cycling Kids zone aka care Swimming pool Therapeutic jacuzzi Regular jacuzzi Indoor track And the long list goes on!!! This place feels like a high class private gym WITHOUT the HIGH COST!!! Run don't walk to join!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to my current gym and cancelled my membership IMMEDIATELY. This is my new gym!

The equipment really stood out to me. It was very new and they have some very cutting edge stuff. The layout is nice, also. For example they don't have uncomfortably bright ceiling lights that blind you while you're on a bench facing the ceiling. There are mirrors in all the right places so you can observe your form, however they don't create accidental, unwanted eye contact with other lifters. There were other people in the gym while I was there, but there wasn't so many that it ever felt crowded. There are plenty of benches and squat racks to accommodate everybody. The machines are outstanding. This place really does everything right, from little details to big ones. I would very highly recommend Rebirth Lifting Club.

I paid for my yearly membership and they did not give me a receipt. They wouldn't give me a receipt. They said they would email it to me. I've never used my credit card anywhere and did not receive a receipt and then they lied to me in. It wanted another $60 after the fact, this place is very dirty place. It smells real bad people poop in the bathrooms poop in the showers. It's very bad even the manager that's managing the place has a very bad attitude and doesn't care about trying to solve any problems after my membership runs out which I'm on the hook to pay him another $60 or I can't go there but after my membership runs out I'll never ever go back to 24 hour fitness.

Solid anytime off Bear Valley and Dunia in the "Dunia Center"…read more I use to frequent this location about a decade ago... recently passed in a few times will visiting family... the equipment is excellent and well managed as is the entire gym that sits in a spacious lot neighboring Wendy's, The Tire Choice and a short walk or 30 second drive over to Kohl's as well as other businesses in this plaza grid. This location is never too over crowded on weekends or late nights, has a great sound system and awesome free wifi... unlike some anytime fitness gyms there are plenty of cardio machines in a wide variety as well as more spacious amounts of room to move weight. I wi say the bathrooms are A-okay, but the showers inside don't offer much privacy with just curtains... neither does the small bolt latch on the door which has definitely been busted or ripped of at one point or another. If you need to shower and are change shy you'll have to lock the door which sucks for when it is busy and people can't use the bathroom until you're complete done as everything is in one room. They have cubbies for storing your belongings inside (no lockers) it's a very neighborhood/community friendly modern gym.
