We have been with this gym for over three years and we feel fortunate that our child is coached by such a great school as Rhythmic Art. Lena Nikolashkina, the head coach, is a truly caring, attentive, responsible, knowledgable and dedicated mentor who can inspire a child to realize her potential. Initially we looked at three S. Florida rhythmic gymnastics schools and my daughter understandably insisted on RA. You will see that the facilities are amazing - a huge brand new gym with floor to ceiling windows, 2 (!) professional RG floors and a trampoline room. I put great focus on my daughter's RG, - we drive from afar, - and after 2 years of competitions and 3 summer intensives, I can say that I am happy with her progress ( of course, things can always be better). The coaches have always been very attentive with her. They know when to be demanding and when to go easy on age-appropriate behavior. I am one of those parents who feels that "you need to be involved" and I appreciate the coaches' responses on so many occasions. It is very impressive to me how, with such a big school to run, Lena remembers and attends to all the endless minute issues and details. She notes everything - from my child's elbow rash and vacation reschedule to her body measurements for custom-ordered undergarments and, of course, flubs in her routine. We are also very fond of the other coaches on staff. They have their quirky style but once you get to know them, you begin to value their commitment and expertise. Our favorite part of the training process are the intensive camps when Lena brings world class gymnasts and coaches. I can see how they enjoy working with my child and vice versa. To be fair I will mention, that my least favorite part are the shows where the kids have to perform in places with inadequate flooring and thus must wear sneakers - sorry, don't care for those. We also take private lessons and consider them extremely valuable. My daughter especially looks forward to those. And, no, I am not a friend of the coach, I strictly know her professionally and this review is my genuine expression of appreciation and gratitude. What I like the best about RA is how they make my daughter feel about herself and about the sport. Right now she believes she is an RG superhero admittedly with some weaknesses. RG is a very demanding sport even at an early age and it is such a pleasure to see your child so engaged and enjoying herself. Every day of the 9 to 4 summer intensive she would come home and continue tossing and leaping with her apparatus for hours. As a 4 or 5 year old she told me: "When I catch the rope - it's like magic". Cultivating such enthusiasm is very important in order to get through the tough stretching and conditioning and I have seen for myself that these coaches know how to find the right balance. read more

This is going to be my daughter's third consecutive competitive season with Rhythmic Art and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of each season. Since day one at Rhythmic Art the attention, dedication, and the teachings the coaches' give to the team is absolutely incredible. They have transform my daughter in to a beautiful gymnast and have help her find herself as a gymnast. They have thought her dedication, hard work, perseverance, technique, grace, and sooooo many other attributes a rhythmic gymnast need to be successful. They have giving her hope, believe, and strength to embark in this beautiful journey that is rhythmic gymnastics. But most importantly, Elena and the rest of the coaches have encouraged her to follow her dreams and showed her that her dreams can become a reality. Their dedication for these girls' is admirable and I couldn't be happier that my daughter and I are part of such a remarkable gym. We have been a part of Rhythmic Art family for more then 8 years. My daughter started with the recreational gymnastics classes for kids when she was 4 years old and progressed to competitive rhythmic gymnastics. It's hard to put in words how many benefits we have gotten from this place. We compete at the highest level and all gymnasts from this gymnastics gym achieve highest scores. This is all due to the best practices and the highest qualifications of our coaches. They nurture every child from baby and toddler gymnastics to senior competitors, giving the same attention and love to all. They build talent by working with each gymnast individually as well as provide physical education and knowledge to make sure the exercises are done safely. I feel rhythmic gymnastics and Rhythmic Art in particular, has given my daughter so much more than just the benefits of the competitive sport, it helps her build character as well as other very important life skills. She learns to compete, but also to support her team mates. She learns to never give up or fall apart, but pick herself up and persevere. She learns to overcome her fears and perform confidently during competitions and shows. She has made great friends and picked up new languages from the very diverse and international environment. My daughter has been part of the Rhythmic Art team for two years already. She got in the team right from the start because she already knew what was going to be taught in the recreational program ... for that reason I am not able to comment on their recreational lessons. I have had only positive experiences with this gym. The facility is wonderful and kept very clean, which is a big plus. The team coaches are all Russians and very serious about the competitive team girls. They are very strict with the girls, and I think they have to be due to the commitment with the competitions. I grew up with a latin-american background, which is (from what I noticed) very different from their culture. This big difference may be the reason for some disagreements that I have noticed in a review somewhere. I have always, and always will, respect EVERY culture and background. I do understand this difference and have no problems at all because they have always been nice and respectful with my daughter and that is what matters. My little girl has been developing wonderfully with Rhythnmic Art, her skills have become better and better every season that passes. I am very happy with them. We found Rhythmic Art when our daughter was 2 years old. She was very active and interested in any kind of movement and dancing. Our family is familiar with the rhythmic gymnastics concept and also Rhythmic Art's location and schedule were convenient for us so we started toddler gymnastics with them. Toddler gymnastics and summer camps are built up in a way that your child will cain good strength, balance, coordination and motor skills. As our daughter grew older her interest in rhythmic gymnastics also grew and now she is training in the Rhythmic Art as professional. On competing team level kids are learning more discipline, mind and body coordination and also confidence through beautiful in gym shows, Miami Heat halftime performances and Rhythmic Art own international competition. Every child is treated based on their personality and level of skills or needs. The gym is very clean, spacious and beautiful. Very kid friendly environment. The staff is nice and very helpful, if you feel that you are missing information you will always get it quickly by just asking front desk or head coach. My daughter has been attending Rhythmic Art for the past five years. I was unfamiliar with the sport and I was lucky enough to find a Groupon for the gym. Once my daughter tried it, she fell in love with the sport. This sport involves graceful body movements, flexibility and balance and she has improved tremendously through hard work and commitment. Rhythmic Art is an amazing club! This place has great team programs for rhythmic gymnastics, Martial Arts as well as many other recreational classes. My daughter has been part of the rhythmic gymnastics team for the past 3 years and I couldn't have been happier. The gym facility amazing! There is no other gymnastics facility like Rhythmic Art. The coaches are dedicated and caring. Their unique coaching technique helps kids not only become great gymnast, but also develop independence and self-confidence. In addition my daughter has been part of the aftercare program with Rhythmic Art for the past 3 years, which I am also very happy with. They have a dedicated person that will work with your child and help them with their homework assignments. The second summer our children (8 and 5 years old) attend the summer camp Rhythmic Art. It's a wonderful place -- a large spaces with many sports equipment and the most importantly -- experienced coaches.Twice a week, children go to the cinema and on the interesting excursions by branded minibuses. At another time - various training and sport games in the gym. Children don't want to leave Rhythmic Art. All rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff is very soulful. I like that children are actively spending time under the professional coaches's supervision, they are passionate about sports and I'm glad to see the results. We absolutely love Rhythmic Art in Dania Beach! Both of my daughters attended. My older daughter has been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 4 years and is in the competitive program, having the opportunity to train with members of team USA and other international superstars. My only comment would be to get your videos in better focus, otherwise, what I see, your girls are having a great time and they seem to be enjoying the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. My daughter is a part of Rhythmic Art since she was 2,5 years old, she is 7 now. For the last 5 years I saw her transformation from toddler to an athlete. I love Rhythmic Art's approach because they are old school, and the coaches are very professional and firm. They teach kids discipline, to be strong, to be competitive and gracious at the same time. Love Rhythmic Art for recreational and competitive gymnastics, but definitely the place to go if you have a child who is serious about pursuing the sport.
