Spotlight cleaners arrived as scheduled and spent about 2.5-3 hours working on cleaning a very…read moredirty carpet. Because she said their commercial machine was being repaired, they would instead use a residential sized carpet machine, which would work just as well. Although the price was good, the result was less than satisfactory (see pics). I told her as much via text and suggested she return and re-do the job with the commercial cleaner once it was repaired. Instead, I received a rather angry note suggesting I expected too much from the undersized equipment. We'll never know if their larger cleaner would have done a better job because after reading the response, I feel things are better left as is; lesson learned.
