Turns out that the 2 tow services we waited for, from insurance, didn't even have the equipment to tow our trailer. I called every number I could find for tow service and finally found these upstanding citizens. From the time I called them to the time of being picked up, in the middle of two towns in Texas, was only an hour. The tow driver was so nice and helpful. He towed us to their yard and they were able to do the work for us first thing in the morning. Their price was very fair and everyone in the shop was beyond nice. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy about it.

One of the guys that brought my car out stated that he was either going to call the cops or throw my weed away , mind you there was no weed in the car nor his hand. Not only that they used my cigars as well but the guy offered to replace them. Now why would you want to replace somebody cigar but throw their weed away ?? Not only did they smoke it but tried to use a scare tactic to keep me from saying anything about it. I would not trust them at all.

My insurance company contracted them to pick up and tow my car back to a repair shop in Lewisville. After accepting the dispatch, the owner decided that he could not complete the job because of the distance unless he received the towing fees upfront and in advance. Held my car for 10 days, charging storage fees for every day. Promised to deliver car and then didn't get it there until the next day. Hung up on the insurance rep when she called to find out why the car had not been delivered.
