Leaving 1 star because zero stars is not an option…read more Please note my Google review history. I am not the person who typically leaves a negative review. I love giving companies and good customer service kudos! Situation: Today my spouse was serviced at this facility for a vehicle inspection and departed feeling discriminated against. Background: On 15 September 25 at approximately 1020ish - upon entering this facility and requesting an inspection, the front desk clerk (who stated she was also the owner) proclaimed she needed to check the window for approval. Her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming; however, this action seemed standard. Due to a crack partially across the front windshield, my spouse was informed that only a 30 day pass would be provided. Her responses were short and with an aggravated tone. Again, no 2nd thoughts warranted. While following her back into the facility for the 30 day pass, another customer (of different ethnicity) walked in with the same request. Instead of executing the "standard" procedure (window inspection), the clerk responded with a chipper temperament (a 180 from before) immediately escorting her to the desk for a 2 year renewal. This became concerning once my spouse observed that the lady's car window had a crack across it to a greater extent than the one we have. My spouse then asked a clarifying question regarding the difference in service with a separate employee who was already outside. My spouse is naturally non-confrontational and maintains that she was respectful and even-toned during this exchange. The response provided by this employee was that they had mistakenly overlooked the window inspection for this customer, but would remedy the concern with a 2 year pass for us as well. My spouse reports this employee demonstrated excellent customer service and temperament. Assessment: While the initial issue was resolved, it was of no efforts from the front desk clerk/owner. I did call back to gain event clarity and information (explanation of service from their perspective/name/position title of the person who acted seemingly discriminatory against my spouse) recording the call for future use/personal protection. She immediately took offense speaking in an elevated tone (yelling) and projecting passive aggression in her verbiage. She took no accountability for her actions providing only excuses (i.e. her arm is injured and she shouldn't have been at work b/c she doesn't feel well) which did not seem relevant to the question asked. She even felt the need to insult my spouse, stating that my girlfriend (who's actually my wife) should be ashamed of herself and is being unreasonable... to which I responded she should be ashamed in her lack of professional decorum presented today. She then "wished me well" and angrily hung up. My initial response was to file a discrimination complaint against the business as I am quite knowledgeable in that field... but my "unreasonable spouse" was the one who helped me settle for a review on every platform I can locate (to include social media accounts for airmen and families). Recommendation: Spend your money elsewhere. If that's how the "owner" treats customers who hold them accountable to "standards" in minor situations, I would hate to see how she'd treat someone after rendering a service that might not meet customer expectations. A calm conversation, expressing genuine remorse for actions (if by mistake as originally claimed) might have yielded a different outcome. Now we may never know. Communication skills 0/10 Professionalism 0/10 Overall - 10/10 would NOT recommend - We won't be returning and I will discourage any airman/person I come in contact with to do the same.

While towing my vehicle last month, their driver broke one of my door handles and did not have the decency to tell me. The mechanic at the shop did when my vehicle was brought in to him. When I contacted the Twin City manager about compensation for its repair, he denied his driver did anything and said, (Broken door handles) happen all the time. So I'm going through the courts at this point to get my money back for the repair.

I am so grateful to you for coming for us. We had waited for over an hour in a dangerous situation when I believe you were called to help us. You contacted us, you identified your location and timeline and you helped us understand what had happened to our car. The photos you took of the undercarriage of the car told the story of what had happened to us. You towed us a long way to the Lexus dealership, but they took good care of us. Interesting enough the car itself had no body damage, no outer sign of damage or issue. Just an oil pan sliced from one side to the other. And of course, no oil. It all happened so fast. We had dodged road debris and thought we had successfully navigated around it but we must have missed something. And in these days of parts shortage, the Lexus dealership was able to find a motor and transmission and repair the car. I picked it up a week ago. Macspeed towing will tow you with a double blow out, drop you in the parking lot when there are 2…read moreempty bays (claim there were none available even when you saw the empty bays with your own two eyes) then say just jack it up and change it yourself but they were paid for a service they didn't complete. I could have loaded the tires up in the back of my other truck and gone to the tire shop faster than the chaos they created for me in a double blowout situation. I spent 11:45-4pm at the tire shop getting new tires because I was trying to figure out how I get tires changed when the shop can't touch my vehicle in the parking lot (their insurance policy doesn't cover that)

I went there after a wreck in my truck. The air conditioning wasn't working either. The woman up…read morethere said,"worst case scenario, drop it off on Monday, be ready on Friday". Over 5 weeks later, after excuses, I pick up my truck, the a/c went out less than 2 days. Took my truck back up there. 2 weeks later they said I needed a new air compressor. Then said they couldn't fix it because it was so many inches from the radiator, which didn't make sense at all, said I need to go to an authorized GM mechanic service. Took my truck to Monroe's garage, they said it wasn't the air compressor at all, just a sensor. Truck has been great since. Don't waste time or money on this place. They lie and don't know what the hell they're doing. The body work is even screwed up and doesn't align up. I advise everyone not to go there. They looked like a bunch of shady people too.

Still not sure why it happened, but it did. (The dumpster is fine by the way...and yes, the insurance company did ask me about the dumpster). So, having no idea where to go to get my car repaired, the insurance company gave me a list of their approved repair shops. Tim's Paint and Collision was on the list with a bunch of other folks. Well, that narrowed it down. So I asked two friends of mine if they had a recommendation. Both said (separately and not knowing that I was or had asked someone else), "take it to Tim's"! With those two recommendations, I did indeed take it to Tim's and I am I very glad I did! First of all, they were glad I was there. Not many businesses act that way anymore. But they did. They seemed genuinely pleased that I had come to them and they were happy to have my business. It wasn't like they didn't have anything to do either...they were extremely busy. Tim did a careful inspection of the car, submitted the claim to my insurance company and it was approved the next day. I took the car back to Tim's and he said it would be ready in five business days. And I got it exactly when he said! And it looked brand new! I could not believe what a great job was done, how the paint matched...it is a fantastic job! And it was at exactly the amount he quoted me...no surprises with any additional cost. So, if you need paint or body work...."Take It To Tim's"!

Very professional very transparent service. However I did see some overspray on my door and un removed masking tape which are easy fixes. Overall 10/10 service

I went to the front desk of this shop and asked the receptionist if they did free estimates and she…read moreask, "Is it an insurance claim?". I let her know it was the city of Shreveport as I was rear ended, she said yes and to pull my car around under the canopy area. when the guy came out to do the estimate he stated its not "free". He informed me that "how he does the city" is I pay for the estimate up front ($70) and I would be refunded later. What!? I told him I did not have the money, thats why I asked was it "free" at the front desk. Completely wasted my time and gas, don't recommend and I won't ever go back.
