Beer and chocolate sauce ribs -- not weird tasting at all. Tasty!

This place was fantastic. The service was lightning fast and friendly. The ribs were awesome. They say they're spare ribs but these were baby back ribs. So super tender. I only ate the slow cooked. My husband tried both slow cooked and traditional grilled but preferred slow cooked. If it's a nice day, they've got a large outdoor eating area. Make sure to make reservations through their website.

More American food than Belgium food but my husband wanted ribs so we went. He absolutely loved the ribs and wanted to go back for more! He had the slow cooked ribs and the bones just came right off! He really enjoyed his meal. I had the nachos and they weren't very American but they were still good! Basic but good! Location was a little farther away but not too bad of a walk. We called for reservation because it was only outdoor seating.

Great food and the price for all you can eat is out of this world only 22 Euro.......they get a little busy but overall I would recommend this place the sauces and the food preparation is on point.

Just go, great value especially for the normal price point of the area. Pros: You can keep refilling your ribs, the ribs are amazing. I had the wet rub (which we both preferred), S.O had the dry which were also stellar, just not quite as tender. The sides were great, drinks inexpensive. Meh: Later at night they stop serving the full menu

Nice little place to eat. We walked in with no reservation and were told we could sit anywhere. Picked a table for 4 and then were told we had to pick a table just for two. Makes sense but...errr! The place is primarily all you can eat ribs. Like others say, you start with a full rack on your first order, get slaw and fries with that. After you finish the rack, you can order half racks and keep on going! The sauces are pretty good and the meat falls right off the bone. We didn't think the dry rubs were as good.

Omg so good. Omg omg. You definitely must go. It's all you care to eat for €18 ribs and fries and a little bit of salad. Wow!!!!! What a deal. I can't say anything else but definitely go!!! Oh yea, the spicy sauce is spicy too! Mouth watering.

I love this place. I've been to Brugges 3 times now and have really enjoyed this place each time. You get all you can eat ribs for about 20 Euro, and they have 4 different types to choose from. My favorite is the beer-chocolate sauce. The ribs here are cooked very well, you can pick up the bones and the meat just falls off the bones back into the plate. I also like that each beer you get comes in it's intended beer glass. I recommend making a reservation if you want to come here, this place is very popular. Service has always been great for me.

Great customer service in the restaurant especially from our waiter Kyle! The ribs are absolutely stunning the meat slides right off. Lovely atmosphere, just a little out of the Brugge Grote Market but a nice walk!

We rolled into Bruges in the afternoon and wanted to eat at Ribs n Beer but our host told us it was unlikely we could get a table. They open at 6pm and we walked in at 6:30 to find that we could sit but have to give the table up at 8:15 for a reservation. We were so lucky as the owner says he's consistently booked out two weeks! The ribs are incredible. I loved the spicy, bbq, and chocolate beer. We all got the ACE rib deal that also comes with potato wedges and coleslaw. Beyond the ribs, they offer an incredible selection of beers including Trappist beers. Try the Chimay bleue. Don't forget to make a reservation as we just got really lucky.

Very busy place but what did you expect... excellent rib place all you can eat and you do not have to ask for a second, third or fourth rib, the waitress kept bringing more. Top service and very good quality of ribs and other meat dishes. Reservation is a must, preferably days in advance.

With so many options, we were excited to explore what they had to offer. Today, we ordered the onion soup, shrimp and cheese croquettes with salad, rabbit with potato croquettes, and the beef stew with fries. Both entrees also came with apple sauce, which was an interesting and surprisingly good pairing. The ambiance is warm, cozy, and inviting, and the service was great. The portions were generous, and most of the dishes we tried were delicious. The beef stew was the highlight of the meal. The meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Eating it with the apple sauce created a nice balance and kept the dish from feeling too heavy. The rabbit was also very tender, it looked similar to a chicken thigh and drumstick, although you can definitely tell the bone structure is different. The apple sauce paired nicely with the rabbit and added a great contrast to the flavor. The shrimp croquettes were tasty, but the cheese flavor was not my favorite. The onion soup was also very different from the traditional versions we're used to. It had a strong, unusual flavor that felt a little harsh and even gave a slight burning sensation in the throat, so it wasn't my favorite dish.

We'd planned to have dinner here but did not make a booking and really lucked out with the last table open when we came in. Please, ensure you make a booking if you want to dine here. I had no idea how consistently full they'd be and felt grateful the entire time to have snagged a spot. When I tell you my fish stew has to be one of the top 5 things I've ever eaten in life, I am not kidding. It was so spectacular. I had no idea what to order and asked for a recommendation and this was it. This soup blew my mind, spoonful after spoonful it was the yummiest, most delish, comfort meal I've had in a long time. We had a very and tasty experience. Highly recommend.

Amazing bar down in a wine cellar with the best beers…read more From the street you would never know how awesome this bar is - nestled under a building you are down in a cellar that has an awesome vibe. The beers here are amazing with over 20+ on tap there is something for everyone - and some must try Trappist beers. I absolutely loved this spot. Only reason for not having 5 stars? The service. Although the place was relatively crowded, it was not very crazy at all especially when we first came in after opening and the staff behind the bar were kind of rude. I asked for a flight and they seemed annoyed they had to make one instead of just pouring 1 beer, and i was reading the menu and didn't have all my numbers ready to fire off - more upset. Additionally, my wife and I sat down at the bar about 1 hour after the place opened and we both had glass all over our chairs and now in our bottoms. The bartender was annoyed when my wife asked him to clean it - he said some glass thing exploded there before opening... so you didn't clean it? And then were annoyed customers had glass in their pants? make that make sense.

I also tried to order nachos and the bartender pointed me to small bags of chips from a display on the bar (I think they were Doritos--not what I expected). I decided to skip the snack. The second beer, Rochefort 6, was excellent, so the visit ended in a high note.
