We ranked 11 different photographers and found Laura's ability to adapt to different wedding ambiances and themes top notch. We wanted a lot of 'pop' since our wedding was really colorful, and Laura was perfect. Before the wedding, Laura called us before talking about pricing and logistics just to get to know us personally and our story. She was the only one that did that among photographers on our list and one of the few among all wedding vendors we booked. I think it really helped her get the right shots matching our personalities to the photos. Her pricing is excellent especially for the amount of work she puts in. Our engagement shoot was great. She planned it out perfectly to get the right scenery with the natural light. It was a long day, but she made sure we were energized with enough breaks and coffee. The day of the ceremonies, she and her team were extremely well coordinated with all of the vendors. They were super-efficient getting portraits in before and after without feeling rushed. I think most important of all is she and her team were a blast to work with! After the festivities, she sent us a small batch of photos immediately to share with the family and the big album about 2 months later which is quicker than we expected! I finally committed to using Lighthouse Boudoir and I would highly recommend Sontera to anyone! My biggest fear when committing to this was that I would get my pictures back and not like them. After months and months and months of researching and looking at other pictures online on various websites, I felt like my pictures would never live up to what I had seen others look like in front of the camera. Boy was I wrong!!! I was more nervous on reveal day of the proofs than I was in front of the camera, but Sontera delivered the most amazing and beautiful pictures I had ever seen of myself! My favorite part of the shoot was the fact that I was one-on-one with Sontera and there was never a moment of awkwardness.
