They send attorneys who know nothing about the case to court obviously not even looking at notes or any paperwork they have in file. They take original copies that you get in mail and put it in file supposedly and then you get notifications that bills aren't being paid and the charges are on your credit report and certain parts of body aren't covered that should have been part of claim and they don't do anything to get it included. They are lazy and nasty and don't care about clients. They also don't want to file a second time if you have been denied social security, but want to take credit after another attorney who does it retires and then they want payment for it after you are approved for it because second attorney files correctly and cares about client.
