Afterward I told him I no longer wanted him to represent me and asked him to send me an itemized receipt and refund for services not rendered because he did absolutely nothing for me besides waste my time and he has since ignored all of my emails, calls, voicemails and texts. My transaction was riddled with difficulties on the seller's end (bizarro demands for "upgrades" despite the "as is" contract they signed) and Richard really kept me calm. He knew exactly how to handle things, worked really well with the seller's attorney and kept me posted every step of the way. I also was able to get exactly what was agreed upon initially (despite the insane upgrade requests) without having to kill the deal- which I had little hope for, but Richard reassured me would work out.
