We have had an amazing experience start to finish on what was a very stressful thing. I can't speak…read morefor all of the people there but Danny was the person assigned to our case. They had fans and dehumidifiers running within 2 hours of our phone call to them for an upstairs pipe breaking. The tear out process moved more slowly than Danny or us would have liked, but that was due to insurance. Danny was able to identify areas that he thought had more water and required more tear out. I was not totally convinced but went ahead with it. Sure enough the areas were very wet. Had we not gone ahead we would have been dealing with major mold down the road. Danny made many visits here and was sure to be here when the adjuster came. He has made calls to our insurance and moved things along which was so helpful. He used to be an insurance adjuster which was very helpful. Communication has been excellent and timely. Empathy for our situation was also appreciated. I would absolutely recommend disaster team, and I'm so glad they are who we called!
