The employees who came out never made their presence known and in doing so never asked where the…read moreseptic tank was and ended up making a hole in a pipe on the opposite end of the house from where the septic tank was. The employee responsible was very belligerent when I called him on it and demanded he fix it. Not only did he break the pipe, he left the crawl space cover off along with the meter box uncovered out by the road. Long story short, it took multiple phone calls to the owner, who repeatedly laughed at my situation, and 11 days before he and two plumbers came out and got my water turned back on. Eleven days without water! He called shortly after it was fixed and offered a free inside and outside pest control treatment to try and appease my 11 days of total frustration, but I don't respond well to bribery and am not swayed in giving an honest review. I highly recommend never using this company.
