Refinished the wood trim and legs restrung the seating sections and used a color that was perfect. I had the sofa done in 2913 and it needed refreshed so this time I did the chair as well. They take their time and make these antiques look like new. Well worth the cost since furniture made today won't last over 100 years!!

I sent $$ and of course the check was cashed and a time frame was promised, but they are very hard to get in touch with. Like other reviews, I called multiple times and e-mailed them. I did get a response in April, 2025. The response was that the frame and awning should be fully in place by the end of April 2025. It is now May 13, 2025 and in my attempt to get an update and/or a status, I am getting nothing. I would even be ok with.... we are having difficulty getting fabric, due to what is happening in the world today, or some other legit reason. Customer service is crucial and always has been. At least respond to the outreach of your customers. This is not even my condo, but the condo of my mother who really REALLY wants to enjoy her patio, but needs the shade of her awning, in order to do so. I don't enjoy not giving great reviews, but in this case, it is necessary.
