I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. After checking reviews online, it seems I'm not the only customer who has encountered expired products here. There were no signs in the store disclosing this issue. When I brought it up, the owner questioned me aggressively and even raised his voice while I was still shopping in the aisles. He asked why the bottle I was bringing back was empty, which felt unreasonable--I wasn't sure if he expected me to bring back a half-finished drink. The situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I wouldn't have made a big deal about a refund, but the way I was treated made this experience unacceptable. I hope the business improves on how customers are treated.
