That being said, I am giving them a 4 star review because of the communication I had with them. It took about 6 weeks to finish my car up because of some delays for the parts coming in. That is out of their control, which I understand. However, I was told for almost 2 weeks to "call tomorrow" and that the part "should be in our hands today". Obviously this didn't happen, and I felt frustrated being told again and again that the part is coming today and the car should be ready tomorrow. Overall I am satisfied with the work that they did and happy with the price of the service (even though I'm not paying it directly). It seemed like a fair price to a person who knows mostly nothing about repairing vehicles. Thank you Elmwood Collision!

Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. This was the first repair I needed in my life…read more(and unfortunately on my brand new car) so I wasn't sure what the end product would look like. However, Gerber did not disappoint!!! Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. The location is also right in the same lot as Enterprise so it made renting a car and drop off easy and quick. Thanks again Gerber!

I originally only came here because it's a preferred vendor for my insurance, but I'm glad I did…read more They were very flexible with my schedule and when I would be able to get my car in to get fixed. I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ok I never thought I'd be reviewing a collision center in Buffalo but here goes…read more I have to say I was really not expecting much beyond the notion I'd be sitting in a waiting room, bored, worrying about using up my phone's battery power - But in fact I had the nicest experience going in to fix a little minor dent in my new car. First off I was greeted like an old friend and they were able to squeeze me in to have the job done right then and there. It was was done so fast I could not believe it - beautifully done I might ad and Tracy the production manager could not of been nicer. He was very enthusiastic telling me about the gentleman who would be working on my car - that he was a master at dent removal etc... I don't know, maybe it was because it was St. Patrick's Day and people are generally happy on St. Patrick's Day but the employees were pleasant and eager to talk me about my car - I have to say I was truly taken aback. Everyone working there is rude and useless. They kept telling me they were going to have my car…read moreready, and still a week later they haven't even looked at it for repair! Everyone I talk to gives me a different story. No one calls you back when they tell you they will. I will never bring my vehicle here again.
