On my appointed day they immediately started working on my car and by 3 o'clock they were calling me at my home to tell to come pick it up because it was ready! They only fixed what was needed. When I went back to address the issue, I didn't get any real solution, just excuses. Brakes are one of the most important safety components, and it's unacceptable to have them done carelessly. If something as critical as brakes can't be handled properly here, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend Tyler Reyes, he is not a good mechanic. Not only was the work done carelessly, but I also noticed the oil filter wasn't tightened properly, oil leaked onto my driveway, When I called back to address it, the response I got was unprofessional and dismissive instead of helpful. An oil change is the most basic service a mechanic can do, so if that can't be done correctly, it makes me question the quality and attention to detail on more serious repairs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their car and their money.
