My mother and I was looking for a car repair shop to smog and oil change our car. From the first time I spoke to Billy on the telephone and meet Warren they were very friendly and very knowledgeable about car repair and over all knowledge about vehicles. Warren and Billy informed us about how unsafe our vehicle was and would not feel right about letting us continue to drive the vehicle any longer. I informed Warren and Billy about our situation in regards to my mother having cancer and our financial situation that we would not be able to buy another vehicle. Warren found another vehicle for us and made sure that it was running right and was not a lemon. I could never thank them enough for all their help in regards to our situation, and just know that God sent them to us and to be apart of our lives from this point forward. If I could stand at a corner on a busy street and yell out how great they are and send everyone I spoke to, to their shop I would, but this hopefully will do the same thing. I took my 81 Toyota 4x4 in for a smog got a free tune up tune in from program .appointment was easy had me in with in 2 days.I have to admit shop is on outside of town but was way clean an they were way nice and very professional it was like an old school shop,they even allowed me inside to see what was being done to my truck it was done on time and crew was way nice it had that family type feeling. truck runs way good an I know in next 2 years i will be going back even if i have to pay for it not very many shops left that can work on carburetor older cars But they can an did a great job its way worth the drive to get it done right so thank you for all you guys did an i will see you soon Billy n Warren an will be sure to tell all my buddy,s go to complete car care if you want it done rite there the best. read more

I was very pleased with the work and effort that Warren and Billy put in yesterday, They were both very detailed in explaining the work that was being done on my vehicle. They were both extremely polite and quick to let me know when an issue had occurred. The shop closed at 530 and they stayed to finish my car till 9pm, because I had drove 5 and a half hours with 3 very tired kids to pick it up. I had been told I'd be driving away in my vehicle and they made sure that happened. The communication that was being portrayed was impressive. A couple of weeks ago when my son and I were on a road trip, after pulling over to get lunch my car wouldn't start. Someone in town recommended Complete Car Care which ended up being the greatest blessing. They not only towed my car over to their shop, but Billy ended up staying late after hours to help me get back on the road to Idaho with my son. He went out of his way to pick up the new starter and had it installed and running that evening. We were able to still make it to our reserved campsite in Tahoe, and made it back to Idaho so I could work as scheduled Monday. I've only started the process with the center and I'm already so impressed. Billy is a superior employee and an asset to the company. He explains everything in detail and works with the fact that I ordered the parts online. He has called me twice a day to follow up on the status and understands that process of parts being 'promised to arrive' in two days when often times this isn't true. When they complete the repair, you know it's done correctly. When Billy understands your automotive issue, he takes time to look at the problem, advise you of the cost to repair, providing an accurate estimate. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Warren and Billy really take care of your car. I've taken my car to other shops (and have regretted it.) Ultimately, CCC will look at Mistral and really find out and fix whats wrong with her. They are very knowledgeable, genuinely interested, and take the time to listen. I have at least three instances where other shops couldn't find or fix the problem (and actually had caused the problem.) CCC takes it in and figures it out that morning. The proof is in the pudding. Billy is the most helpful person I have ever met. He will not haggle you. He is extremely honest. They take pictures and put it on a personal slide show for you to see the progress of your car, and to show you what may needs in the near future. There is a tv on the wall with little "did you knows" as well as what they cover and prices of certain things. I took my 328i to complete car care because it was making some very crazy sounds and almost dying when in idle. The guys started working on my vehicle the next day they fixed the noise and Billy went out of his way to look up the diagnostic error codes he told me to take it back to BMW because of a recall he saw and it may be covered turns out it was!! Great service! We've been taking our older cars to Warren for years. One time I paid half their estimate because the job wasn't as complicated as they first thought. Took my motor home in for a smog inspection and oil change. As part of their service, they preform a courteous inspection. During the inspection discovered a broken rear Sway Bar Clamp.
