Came in to get my car aligned. Car is lowered with modified suspension and they were able to align it and 0 out the toe. Came in at 7:30am and was out by 9am. Super cool guys and was very honest about the getting things done. Note for others: Take off any parts (strut bars, Sturt tower braces) before you align so they can get to your camber adjustment parts or else it is an extra charge. I took my car here for a brake change and had a terrible experience. Tyler Reyes handled the job, and it was done incorrectly -- the brakes were noisy right after the service and the car didn't feel safe to drive. When I went back to address the issue, I didn't get any real solution, just excuses. Brakes are one of the most important safety components, and it's unacceptable to have them done carelessly. If something as critical as brakes can't be handled properly here, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend Tyler Reyes, he is not a good mechanic. I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I brought my car in for a basic oil change and left very disappointed. Tyler Reyes handled the service, and somehow managed to mess up what should have been a simple job. Not only was the work done carelessly, but I also noticed the oil filter wasn't tightened properly, oil leaked onto my driveway, When I called back to address it, the response I got was unprofessional and dismissive instead of helpful. An oil change is the most basic service a mechanic can do, so if that can't be done correctly, it makes me question the quality and attention to detail on more serious repairs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their car and their money. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review but I was a little upset and disappointed at this place. I went to this place because they had good reviews and it was close. I was getting the AC looked at because it wasn't blowing as cold and hot on D/S. Having a little experience in car AC I thought it was the blend actuator but wanted a professional opinion as the AC still wasn't blowing as cold. Also they had a special going on for 69.99 to do an AC inspection. We'll as I thought they had told me everything looked fine my freon was full and the the actuator needed to be replaced. The quote was almost 300+dollars just to change out a $30 part. I decided to decline service and replaced it myself. Come to find out replacing the actuator didn't fix the problem. I also checked my air filter and it was so dirty I couldn't believe they didn't check that in the inspection. I was now wondering if they even did a proper inspection like I paid for. We'll its been hot and I couldn't take it anymore so I went to pepboys to have the AC service which was only $51.74. They did a whole inspection. Not just the AC they inspected the whole car. Come to find out the freon was low. They also did a refrigerant leak test with dye and vacuum test as well for good measures. With the new freon the car is blowing excellent and very cold I am so happy they fixed the problem. Just wish Automotive Pros would of fixed and did a proper inspection instead I wasted $70 on a place that didn't even care to find the problem. Oh plus the 30 bucks on the blend door actuator that was working fine and didn't need to be change. Just shows even good reviews at a place doesn't mean they are good and trustworthy. Our heroes!!! We were on a road trip to Tahoe after getting all the car checked and work ups over the weekend just to have our tire light go on 4 hours in. When we pulled off and checked, the tire valve was spewing air so we put a donut on and called the nearest repair shops. So glad we found Automotive Pros!! Not only did they take us right away (when two other shops we called quoted an hour-2 hour wait just to look at it) but they only charged us $25 to fix the valve and rotated our tires to help with a pull in the alignment we were feeling on the road. Before on the print out is their alignment they claim it was within spec on the 2nd attempt. After is done by the Dealership, Had to take it to the dealership for the 3rd time for the alignment. I took my car in for an oil leak and they recommended a timing belt replacement. So we did that and when they told me it was done i went to pick it up and it died on me on the way home. I took it back and they said it was good to pick up I went and a week later my timing belt busted. I then had to tow my vehicle back to the shop. They told me it was a "rock" that flew in and caused my belt to bust and now my car doesn't turn on. They had my car since September 26th and I only had it for a week before the belt busted and I had to tow my car back home yesterday because they wanted to charge me more money to try and fix it when all the damage was caused after they changed my timing belt. read more

I set an appointment for 9 am to have a full diagnostic run on my car. I drop it off and I hear nothing back so I call around 2 pm to find out they haven't even looked at my car but supposedly next in line. I call later at 4:30 just to find they're closed so they end up keeping my car overnight which was not discussed at all, as I had work in the morning!! I call first thing in the morning to find out now that my car still wasn't even looked at. So i'm out 2 days of work just for them to not even look at my car. What's the point of setting an appointment if they're just going to work on your car whenever they get to it. People have work and schedules which is the point of setting appointments!!! I live all the way on the other side of Fresno and I'll drive out here before I go to any other mechanic because Ernest and Daniel are legit, honest, hardworking business owners who love what they do and it shows in their work. I went to them months ago for a BG Fuel System service and since then I've inquired and let them complete multiple services on a couple different vehicles such as oil changes, new brake and rotor installations, AC leaks and even replacing a cracked radiator. These guys even towed my jeep for me when the radiator crack caused my jeep to overheat and I was stranded 20 miles out of Fresno. As a woman, I know its difficult to find a shop that won't pressure you into purchasing unnecessary services; that being said this is the only place I've encountered where ive never been bolshitted and scared into paying more. They let me know what needs immediate attention and what I can hold off on or even purchase elsewhere to save money.
