They schedule appointments so close to each other, and then they cannot even do a simple cleaning in 1 sitting. They force you to do 2 sittings for a simple cleaning. They do X-rays in 1 day and cleaning in another. They say that the next appointment is due and they cannot go longer. They are more worried about their next appointment then their current one. Just makes you wonder why even go there 2) They do not take most of the insurance and are Out of Network most of the time 3) They tell you fill a paper form with ridiculous amount of information and then tell you fill an online form with similar information. What nonsense is that. That took so much time and then they tell you that the next appointment is due and they cannot do even a simple cleaning on that and you will have to come again. It is like going 1 day to fill forms, another day for X-rays and a 3rd day for a simple cleaning. 4) Since they are mostly Out of Network they enforce a credit card on file. I do not like keeping my credit card on file, especially in this day and age.

Well today I get a call from an unknown number, I answered it and it was the dental office (weird they're calling me off an unknown number instead of their office but whatever)...she was calling about an upcoming appointment for my son but I let her know I was gna cancel it cuz they no longer take our insurance and that I now go to a different office. So after canceling the appointment she asked about the remaining balance and I let her know I was told I was getting a bill and I never received it...she then told me that she sent it herself so again I told her I didn't receive it and to send it again. She asked if I can pay over the phone and I let her know that I wasn't comfortable doing that (with all the card theft) and I can do it with the paper bill. She ended up getting a huge attitude about that and told me it was my fault that I didn't bother to check if my dental insurance was still in network with them and I told her that it was also their responsibility as well to let me know if they weren't taking it anymore and she laughed at me and hung up...so I got angry and looked up their dental office number so I called and she answered so I asked if this was the same lady that I just spoke to and she said yes and laughed and hung up again....so I called 11 more times (they didn't answer either calls)...12th call she finally answers and I'm asking her name so I can report her for how unprofessional she was...she said her name was kaci (with a k she said) and then proceeded to call me trash and making fun of me for not having a job lol ( i then told her that i don't have to work) and she kept calling me trash and was telling me she gets off at 5 so i can meet her out the office. From the receptionist to the hygienists and the dentists, everyone here is just lovely. Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation I send them here! The waiting area is filled with tvs, toys, and computers for the kids to play with. The rooms are beautifully decorated with tvs on the ceiling so that when they lay back they can watch tv. The area that they do fillings and other dental work is completely separate, so the children are not unnecessarily scared by looking at the instruments. And of course they have a treat area for afterwards. Book your appointment on the way out because they fill up fast!
