Each of them are kind, listen, and are very attentive to my needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Berlin's for at least 10 years, possibly more. He has treated me for migraines and a movement disorder. He is very kind and never seemed rush with me. I just heard that he is leaving and I am very upset. I most likely will continue with Dr, Grewal as she does my botox treatments and is a movement disorder specialist. She is also very kind, considerate and listens. I have only had one experience with one dr, that I was not happy with, but there are many others to choose from that are excellent. Putting. down an entire practice is unethical.

Then she scheduled me for almost 2 days shy of two months. As I am waiting for my appointment after a couple of day I called again if they can take me in for earlier appoinment than previously schedule because I was realy in severe pain and can't walk due to severe both legs sciatic nerves flare up. But my request was declined by the staff right away without consulting one of the doctors who are around that day. What I just did is to overdose myself with pain reliever to get by those waiting days to be seen by the doctor. Then two days before my schedule for almost 2 month wait. That staff I spoke with called telling me that they will cancell my appointment because they are not in network of my Med insurance. I was heart broken and felt trash for what this staff did to me. She positively told me that they are in network when I first spoke with her, then lying that she never said anything that my insurance was in network. I was really dissapointed what they did to me even i told her I was in severe pain. I hope that my experienced with this medical office would not happen to others. ​
