What made the situation even more frustrating was being told repeatedly that I was "next" to be seen, only to watch other patients who arrived after me and had later appointment times get called back first. When I asked about it, the explanations I received from the staff were inconsistent and didn't match what I had personally observed. Rather than acknowledging the excessive wait time and poor communication, I felt like I was being given excuses. The doctor's explanation only added to my frustration and did not address the actual issue. In fact, he took an incredibly rude attitude toward me when I inquired politely about it. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but waiting over two hours more than once is unacceptable. After speaking with others in the waiting room, it was clear that I was not the only one with this experience. Patients deserve honest communication and respect for their time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Also , there were constant implications that I wasn't working hard enough and that was why my foot was taking so long to heal. Meanwhile at my wonderful PT office I was told that I had a severe injury that would take a very long time to heal and that they were sorry I was not prepared and impressed by my willingness to work so hard. There is definitely something wrong in this office. The only person that was consistently nice was the woman that greeted you at the front desk. I felt like no one else wanted to be there or wanted me to be there and I didn't feel like a person with value. . On my last visit I was told " this is your last visit -bye! Two years later my foot is still numb , but, I would never go back there or recommend my surgeon. I'm sorry , but, I believe people that work in the medical field must have skill and empathy!

Archer in the Closter NJ office on 5/10/24. I have been at this office for 3 times in recent years. Each time, the co-pay is collected at the time you check in. I called the Teaneck billing office to explained to them the co-pay was paid, but I no longer has the receipt because it's almost 2 years ago. There wasn't anything the woman at the Teaneck office can do for me. I sent the statement (without a payment) back along with a written letter explaining my situation. That didn't resolve my issue because I had received another bill this month. I called the number 201-744-2894 on the bill and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with said that I must show prove that I had paid. He is not allowed to make any adjustments. He said if I don't pay, it will go to a collection agency. Bottom line is, they don't care to resolve your billing issue. They just want their money. Lastly, I was informed by them, they can bill you up to 7 years after service was done. So hold on to your receipts up to 7 years.

Dr. Ghacibeh and his team were absolutely amazing in helping our infant son. He unfortunately had…read moreuncontrollable spasms which, due to my family history, we thought may have been epilepsy. After multiple EEG tests, Dr. Ghacibeh was able to determine he had a very rare issue that was curable with simple medication. 2 months later, he is completely issue-free. While we are extremely grateful that Dr. Ghacibeh could solve the issue, the main thing that impressed us was how kind and helpful him and his staff (Safwan and Lyndsey) were throughout the whole process. It's not easy doing this for an infant but they were beyond caring and professional during everything. Our son was comfortable the whole time, thanks in large part to the care that everyone showed.
