If I need my computers repaired this is the place I will go and they make house calls.

Prior to leaving for college my laptop had been extremely slow and at some points unresponsive with…read morea windows blue screen (I had assumed my hard drive was busted but didn't have an extra computer or equipment to check or do work). My initial phone call before coming in I was told they would guarantee diagnose the issue for a $45 fee, and no additional servicing was required after the diagnosis. I show up to the store promptly after and talk to the nice guys over there and I'm told they will get back to me on the issue within a day or two, and they did. A day or two later I was told there was nothing wrong with my drive and my computer did boot (which I already knew it booted but was absurdly slow). But I am told they ran tests on my drive and nothing came up and they came to the conclusion that my windows was corrupt and I simply needed to reinstall. I felt so relieved that I didn't have to worry about installing a new drive, so I procrastinated picking it up and I guess waited too long as I came home and reinstalled windows two times and wiped my drive as well, still to have my computer crash every so often and run super slow I paid a $45 diagnosis fee for something I had already thought to be true but wanted to make sure was correct, but instead was given little info on what they had done other than booted the computer and "tested the drive". I have not checked for bad sectors on the last drive, but I can assume that they ran no in-depth tests and instead just saw it boot and blue screen to tell me that windows was corrupted. TLDR: thought my hard drive was broken, but went to shop for reassurance, was told my hard drive was completely intact and I should just reinstall windows, then paid $45 for essentially the completely wrong diagnosis.

They have two security guards outside you present yourself to them and they assign a line for you to stand in. Mine was the service line. A tech came outside took my name and my description of myself. I then was directed to stand in another line. After a very brief wait I was waited on. We walked over to an empty table standing across from each other and I explained the problem she verified the problem then told me my options. The repair was to replace the whole display screen. I was under their service agreement so it was no charge. She told me it would be the next day it would be ready. She then excused herself and came back and said they can fix it today. Could I come back in an hour. I arrived back and was greeted and told to have a seat outside. A tech came out reviewed my repair and I requested they replace my screen protector which they did. Great screen protectors are not cheap but worth every penny.

I was greeted promptly upon entering, but when I asked for assistance with the iPad and trade-in process, I was told a sales associate would help me shortly. After waiting 15 minutes, no one ever arrived. Several employees appeared unoccupied, yet no one stepped in to assist. When I asked about the Vision Pro demo, I was told to return at 6:30 despite the demo area being unused and the store relatively quiet. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase -- even though I had come ready to invest in multiple new Apple products. The lack of initiative and attentiveness from staff was disappointing, especially for a brand known for its customer experience. I guess it doesn't matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it's frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.

Do Not do business with UXARI, Had several customer related issues with them around 8 weeks ago…read moretheir customer service was terrible to begin with and as a customer since March of 2021 was very surprised how bad they have gotten, 1st. in order to resolved a technical issued we had to pay a service aggreement even to get service support of $30. a month which we said no , 2nd. they came to service "of course another fee for the service call and another charge for the panel new battery" our alarm panel due to changing our internet and in order for us to get the new alarm panel it will cost $500. outright or $380. but be forced to a 36 months contract we opt to keep the old panel since we felt that as a loyal customer it was very concerning all these fees and nickel and dime from Uxari, well we did write a concern here on YELP and guess what they call us every day until they said NO PROBLEM we will do the new panel for $380. and no 36 months service agreement but take the YELP review down, so we did take it down and then ZERO No calls No service call to come and install the new panel ZERO almost 7 weeks later and nothing from Uxari they jsut wanted us to take the review down and is business as ussual for them.... now they call and said they want for us to pay for the technical service agreement of $30+ tax a month for 12 and sent us a bill for $385.. they are making it very obvious how money desperate they are.... We will NOT do any more business with them once our contract end in March since we have always paid them ahead for a full year service...

I heard laughing in the background as the speaker disconnected from the call. A business which is not able to provide a given service is not competing and therefore does not have any competitors. Website brags about being "veteran owned". As a 26 year veteran I learned during my career that rudeness is an unflattering trait. As a former business owner, that belief was confirmed. If you deal with this person, ask them first if they intend to be courteous.
