Worst service ever we took 3 laptops in to have them cleaned up and new virus software put on…read morethem. We spent over $600 with them. Once we picked up the computers all 3 did not work properly. On one of the laptops which is only 1 year old, still was not working at all. Once I took it back they said we needed a new hard drive. They installed a new hard drive and it still did no function properly. I took it back again and they said it is season and they would not get it done for 2 weeks. I was so frustrated with them I went and picked it up and took it elsewhere. We have taken the computer to someone else and discovered the the hard drive is not new, also the microphone and webcam were unhooked. It appears that they unhooked it thinking we would bring it back again and they could make more money from us. They are very expensive and do terrible work, they charge $95 per hour and you must pay the first hour up front. Sharon (Bonita Springs FL)

This was the worst experience I've ever had with simply getting viruses removed from my laptop. I…read morebrought it in about four weeks ago on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on Monday. Went there Monday and was told it wasn't ready, and to come back Tuesday. I went back on Tuesday and was told it still wasn't ready. I said I couldn't wait any longer because I was very behind with all of my work. I don't know what he still had to do or why it would take so long because I went to Office Max, Office Depot, and Staples to ask them what they do to remove viruses, how long it takes and how much it costs and they all said it would be done within two days. When I was still at the store, I checked the internet and other programs to see if it was working better, and come to find out the tech guy did a 'refresh' which uninstalled all my programs. OMG! So I was there for another two hours while he reinstalled all my programs and downloads. I told him it was his responsibility to check that all my programs were exactly the way they were when I brought it in and he blamed it on Microsoft. yeah right So when I got home to use it, the keyboard wouldn't work. I went back right away and I still don't know how that happened, but he disabled something so it wouldn't happen again. So that night I tried to print, and he hadn't reloaded my wireless printer software. I had to go back again. He wasn't able to reinstall it at the store, so I had to go home, give him some information about the printer and asked him to use Teamviewer to do it remotely. He told me he couldn't help for at least thirty minutes because he had to drive home and do it from there! seriously?! My printer didn't work for several more days and I had to painfully reinstall and set it all up again. Then another problem happened with a popup for an onscreen keyboard yesterday. None of these things were an issue BEFORE I took my laptop to them!!! So I went back again and asked him for the third time to have the owner call me to discuss the ongoing challenges. I still haven't received a courtesy call from this owner and am disgusted with the ongoing problems and that I have not been given a refund. It has been a total circus going back there over six times. This morning the same problem with the popup on my screen and I couldn't log in. I was livid and called again, he said I should bring it in when I'm in the area!! HELLO??!! I use my computer every day all day long for my work!!! I need it fixed NOW!! I told him that if I didn't receive a call from the owner this afternoon, that I will contact the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Angies List, and licensing agency that awards a business license. Still no phone call. Guess I'll be taking him to court. This is terrible service and a terrible way to do business and I will never step foot in there again and tell people to never go there.

My initial phone call before coming in I was told they would guarantee diagnose the issue for a $45 fee, and no additional servicing was required after the diagnosis. I show up to the store promptly after and talk to the nice guys over there and I'm told they will get back to me on the issue within a day or two, and they did. A day or two later I was told there was nothing wrong with my drive and my computer did boot (which I already knew it booted but was absurdly slow). But I am told they ran tests on my drive and nothing came up and they came to the conclusion that my windows was corrupt and I simply needed to reinstall. I felt so relieved that I didn't have to worry about installing a new drive, so I procrastinated picking it up and I guess waited too long as I came home and reinstalled windows two times and wiped my drive as well, still to have my computer crash every so often and run super slow I paid a $45 diagnosis fee for something I had already thought to be true but wanted to make sure was correct, but instead was given little info on what they had done other than booted the computer and "tested the drive". I have not checked for bad sectors on the last drive, but I can assume that they ran no in-depth tests and instead just saw it boot and blue screen to tell me that windows was corrupted. TLDR: thought my hard drive was broken, but went to shop for reassurance, was told my hard drive was completely intact and I should just reinstall windows, then paid $45 for essentially the completely wrong diagnosis.

I called based on Yelp reviews and stopped by the shop a half hour later. Sam quickly diagnosed and…read morerepaired the issue with my laptop (cable to HD had disconnected). I was charged their basic $50 diagnostic fee and was on my way within 20 minutes. Easy peasy!
