I had an auto accident while in Lyft and I hired them to represent me for the law suit. Well my relationship with them lasted no more than couple months. During that 2 months I was with them nothing much happened. I was in need of proper medical treatment but what I was asked to go see was some terrible chiropractor and orthopedic sergeant. When I confronted Mr Hoffman as to how we are going to approach in getting the settlement he had no idea. I was told from his case manager that they had many cases of uber/lyft accident but he really didn't have a clue with their policy involving auto accident. I asked him when was last time he handled a Lyft/uber case he didn't remember. He kept asking me to get treatment and build the case. When I asked him what the responsible party insurance coverage was he had no idea. He may have been known as a good attorney while back ago but I think he now mostly represent minority such as Korean seniors with language barriers. If u have a big auto accident case do not go here.
