I was insured with her and then I ended up finding a cheaper insurance company and so I switched over. When my new insurance company told me that I can get a discount by showing proof of prior I called over to Maddy's and asked her send me a declarations page showing my proof of prior and she would cut me off and not let me finish my sentences and then she hung up on me. Word for word this is exactly how our phone conversation went: Me: HI, This is SO and SO and..... Maddy: I already sent that Me: I know, I can see 12 months here but what I'm calling for is to see if you can send over 35 months proof of prior cause that is what I am needing. Maddy: That's all I have....Click. (hangs up) I was shocked and appalled a professional would act like this towards one of her previous clients. Me, as her previous customer, needed something from her and she wouldn't take 2 seconds to look it up and send what she was supposed to as an AGENT! I will never recommend her to anyone I know. Be careful if you have business with her and end up leaving, if you need something from her to help your new insurance she will NOT do it.

Sure I might save a couple bucks on premium but as soon as I had a claim, , its' deny, deny, deny! I was hit on the front passenger side which completely ripped off the whole front covering, it looked like a sci-fi android character that had it's face ripped off exposing all the inner structures, wiring, etc. It broke the windshield washer reservoir and busted the headlight that had been replaced about a year earlier after someone backed into it. The driver reported it as his fault 100%. But they denied the claim completely as there previous scuff marks and dings on the bumper cover. I even told them I didn't need it completely repaired/painted and just wanted the washer reservoir and headlight replaced- around $400 for parts. Nope, it was just denied. I see now why they only have 3 stars!

I cancelled with Jason on December 10, 2014. I noted in my records the day and time of our conversation. He said he would take care of cancelling my auto insurance policy. Months later I find that they have still been taking money out. Okay, 'no big deal,' I thought. I would just call them up and get the money refunded. Well, he said that he could only give me back money for the last 30 days! He also said that there was absolutely nothing he could do. Then he had the nerve to ask me, "Why didn't you notice that we were stealing from you sooner?" (not the exact words of course). This is unacceptable service. If I had made a mistake like that I would have refunded the person with my own pocket if I had to, but I guess to each his own. They were okay for a long time but I would highly recommend going somewhere else after this problem.
