Greyson Howard is the agent for a lady who hit my car while I was parked in a grocery store parking…read morelot. From the beginning Greyson has been very unprofessional and has acted almost put out to have to help us. His client called the evening of the accident and reported it but when we never heard anything we finally called and he said that it was our job to begin the claim and set everything up. He even told us that he didn't really work for American Family Insurance and did not get paid to help us with our claim. He has been very rude to us as well as the people at the auto body shop fixing our car. He does not answer our phone calls but if we call right back on a friends phone, he will answer. His company would not authorize for all of the damage to be fixed, only the bumper. The auto body shop had to get involved to get all the damage fixed. He is only in it to sing up new clients but is anything but helpful when there is an accident. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received and would never recommend Greyson as an agent or American Family as an insurance company.
