I felt depressed, frustrated, and full of regret about the treatment decisions I had made. My previous orthodontic experience left me feeling discouraged and hopeless. Communication was poor, appointments felt rushed, and I often felt like my concerns weren't being heard. By the end, I was so uncomfortable going back that I didn't even return to have my braces removed. Dr. Bakar ended up removing them and helping me start over. Finding Dr. Bakar was a complete turning point. From the first consultation, he listened. He took the time to hear my concerns, explain what had happened, and walk me through my options. Every visit since then has been the same. He is patient, understanding, easy to talk to, and never makes me feel rushed. If I have a question, he answers it. If I have a concern, he listens. As an engineer, he has an incredible eye for precision, and the technology he uses is far more advanced than anything I experienced previously. The difference in treatment has been night and day. Today is a Saturday and the office was already closed by the time this happened, so I text the after hours number and Dr Bakar immediately said he could meet us at the office in 10 minutes. He came in on a Saturday evening to take care of my daughter and help her get those baby teeth out so she could be comfortable again. I was in a lot of dental pain and I was able to get an appointment the same day to figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed an extraction and started looking for a good time to schedule me in it was a Wednesday, and they said the earliest they could get me back in was the following Monday morning. But the next morning, they called and said they had a cancelation., Luckily, I could get an appointment within 24 hours. The office was super clean, and the staff were so nice and reassuring. Even though I was scared and anxious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel better during my visit. My procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I'm so happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they ever need dental work.

The person was extremely pushy and then I just heard a voicemail telling us the office wanted to charge $75 if my husband didn't show up on Monday. The moment I called earlier this week and spoke to that Sarah person, it left a very bad feeling but now it solidified that it feels as though there is price gauging going on. When my husband finally called this office back, Sarah casually mentioned his deep cleaning procedure would cost $700+ and if we're fine with that? And then proceeded to rush my husband into agreeing to that appointment because "they already booked for two hours." Then after I said we will not be ready to pay $700+, Sarah said "well then you can do half." What in the world? It sounded beyond shady. The whole interaction was absurd and unprofessional. I may be filing a complaint with BBB because it was very unprofessional the way this was handled. Both my husband and I currently have dental insurance. My husband does need deep cleaning but we were going to a previous office that had him do a regular cleaning more often to have him avoid the need for deep cleaning. This person would not even let me get a word in and in the end I had to tell her "excuse me you need to stop being pushy and let me talk. We are going to cancel that appointment."
