Let me start by saying this: I am one of those people who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. So much so that it had been a very long time since I had seen one. Walking into that appointment today took a lot of courage on my part... but from the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel completely at ease. My visit ended up being two hours long, and not once during that time did I feel rushed, judged, or uncomfortable. From the reception area to every hygienist and dentist in the office, the kindness, patience, and professionalism were truly remarkable. A special thank you to Maggie, Griselda, Aaron, and Dr. Aniket -- you each took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I understood both my treatment plan and the costs involved. The level of transparency and compassion you showed meant more than I can say. What stood out the most was the lack of shame. If you've ever put off going to the dentist for a while, you know how intimidating that first visit back can be. Instead of embarrassment, I was met with concern, encouragement, and genuine care. I walked out of there today feeling something I never thought I'd say after a dental appointment... I felt good. If you're someone who has been putting off dental care, or if you're simply looking for a dental office that is honest, transparent, gentle, and welcoming, I cannot recommend Mission Dental enough. They are currently accepting new patients, and I truly could not rave more about this experience. Not sure where to start when it comes to Mission Dental. This is the first time I've been to a dental office that I truly love, which is not the collective feeling that most people associate with their dentist. Dr. Nichols truly cares for all of his patients, he makes sure you are comfortable, and he is genuinely kind. I've never been to an office that offers headphones, eye visors, weighted blankets, etc. This is what it must feel like to be a celebrity going to their fancy shamncy celebrity doctor. LOL. Also, I can tell their equipment is also up to date, which is a stark difference from my previous dental office. They got the latest & greatest, which is pretty cool. The wonderful staff is just as amazing (and I mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE), including the people up front to everyone in the back. Everyone is incredibly thoughtful/careful about their work and don't rush you out right away to bring in the next client like some other places. I recently had to find a new dentist as my dentist moved. I was happy to see that this location had hours on Wednesday that accommodated my work schedule. After making several calls to few dental locations, this place by far had the friendliest receptionist. Joanna answered questions and shared she would contact me at the earliest appointment available on this day. I had to complete some forms online prior to help decrease my wait time for my appointment. Upon arriving I was met by friendly Joanna and Mikayla. I enjoyed my dental review and X-ray photos with the hygienist Hannah, she was engaged and thorough. She provided a great overview of my teeth and action steps. She did a great job cleaning and was gentle. At the end, Dr. Nichols was kind and offering suggestions to my questions. Overall the yelp and google reviews ring true. It's been over a year since my last dental visit. I had a horrible experience and nobody likes someone putting their hands in your mouth. From the very beginning I was put at ease. The front desk staff members were so welcoming and accommodating and were quick to send me the forms via text and reminder messages. Everything in the office was clean, organized, and they were on time to take me in. Tiff cleaned my teeth before Dr. Nichols came in and she was very patient with me. It was hard to take my X-rays but she never showed any frustration. When the doctor came in he explained what the next steps I needed to take to have the best dental health possible. He explained with I need to come back and even-though I expensive dental work coming up they do offer payment plans so I don't feel like I'm drowning. Technology was impressive, state of the art scans made things less "gag"-y all around! Friendly faces and quick service! I was referred here due to the service and was not disappointed. I went into the office to receive a consult for an implant and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it was. I honestly have never received such fast service at any office. I was scanned within minutes of my arrival and was scheduled to come back after the doctor did a thorough review for treatment. The receptionist was super sweet and so was the dental assistant who scanned me. I had to come back to get copies of my scans and they had no problem providing me with those. The first thing I will say is Dr. Nichols has excellent communication skills. He listened to my (numerous) concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. There is an authentic and genuine vibe about him; he made me feel like I was in good hands. During my appointment he took photos of problem areas and showed me on a monitor exactly what was goin on. Another thing I really appreciated about him is that he doesn't triple and quadruple book patients, which means I'm not left sitting in the dental chair twittiling my thumbs for 20 minutes while he works on three other patients. I felt like he truly cared about my dental health and experience at the office. He has strong values that reflect in his meticulous work. Dental hygienist Tiffanie is amazing. She is very personable and easy to talk to and most importantly she has a very gentle delicate touch when cleaning my teeth. I was nervous when Dr. Ruscitto retired but he left us in GREAT hands with Dr. Nichols. He has taken good care of me and has been really helpful with the concerns I had with my teeth. His recommendations have been practical, honest, and has never given me a sales pitch. The office staff is warm, friendly, and very responsive. The hygienists are so great and knowledgeable too. I've been in for a cleaning, a filling, and recently started Invisalign and each visit has been fast and painless (even the filling!). I definitely recommend them! read more

WORST cleaning ever!Dr Nichols, bought the practice from my dentist, who retired. So I gave him a chance to see if he will be my new dentist. Today was my second visit ( a cleaning). There is a completely new staff, none of the previous staff stayed on. My appointment took over one and a half hours. The "cleaning" took about 15-20 min. It was by far the worst cleaning I have ever had! The rest of the time felt like a sales pitch, night guard, Invisalign, their insurance, etc. I guess, at least, they waited until my second visit to layer it on! My family and I will not be going back. read more

Dr Nichols was recommended to me by a friend, after I had broken and wisdom tooth and was freaking out a little. When I called him, they made time for me that afternoon, and he checked out my broken tooth, and we made a time for me to come back to fix it up.I was reassured at that first visit that it was going to be ok. I liked that he got me right in, even though he couldn't remove it that day(because they did squeeze me in). I was happy to hear that he did wisdom tooth extractions- not all dentists do. I am so happy with the results of my procedure, and his caring staff, who didn't make me feel like old person when filling out stuff on the iPad.
