The waiting area is very kid friendly with 2 ipads, toys, tv, kids sitting area, small chairs and magazines. The place looked clean and well decorated, the staff was very friendly and polite. The 2 dental assistants were great with my daughter. They explained everything to make it fun and comfortable for her. She literally said, "Mommy, this is fun!" In the middle of her cleaning . Dr. Verma was great! He was thorough with her examination and talked to her about her thumb sucking habits in a very kid friendly way as well as give me good advice to start weaning her off. They alsogave her a kids welcome care package, and a toy from the toy chest &balloon before we left. Needless to say, I was very pleased with her first visit & only wish I could come here myself! I don't think most people can say a trip to the dentist brightened their day. However, after a long day at work and getting the latest appointment I could find in the evening, it was actually an uplighting part of the day. If i had not know that my cleaning is free with insurance, i would have paid thinking its out of pocket. Why not directly say upfront that we do not accept this insurance ? One positive thing is that called me and informed about out of pocket before the actual appointment to avoid confusion.
