My children have been going to My First Dentist since they were one. They are now 9 and 7 years old. They look forward to their 6 month check up. Both Dr. RoseAnn and Dr. Danny are so professional, so patient, so good with kids, so loving, and they explain everything thoroughly. My daughter doesn't have the best teeth genetically. Any procedure she has gone through cavity or baby tooth pulled she never cries is never scared to go leaves smiling and hugging Dr. RoseAnn on the way out. As a mom, it is so comforting to have another mom that gets it be my kids dentist. It takes a village and I am so happy that she is the dentist in my kids' life. The office is so clean. There is never a wait. Easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend My First Dentist. I moved and I live an hour north of the office. But will drive down to Dr. RoseAnn. I will not switch. After a very traumatic experience at another practice, I am so happy to have found Dr Rose Ann! She made my daughter feel comfortable immediately and took the time to thoroughly explain her entire treatment plan so that there were no surprises. She was so gentle that my daughter did not feel a thing! Not only does she no longer dread going to the dentist but she actually looks forward to seeing this amazing and compassionate doctor! To make things clear my girls have only seen one dentist their whole life. Records will show that. We had to switch because, they stopped taking her insurance. After we chose a new dentist we did not agree with the treatment plan so we went for a second opinion which was with MyFirstDentist. I saw Danny Chiang for initial visit and was hoping to see him for treatment. Sadly I got the wife Rose Ann Habib-Chiang. My daughter sat in the chair and Habib stated she would try and fill cavity without numbing agent. I was ok with this, as I thought it was a small cavity. Habib told my daughter if it hurt to raise her hand. After drilling into her tooth for a few minutes my daughter raised her hand and Habib stopped to follow up with a numbing jell which was only left on for a few short seconds. Than used the needle to numb which, she was rough with. After a few injections my daughter started screaming in pain and was calling for me to have them stop. Habib did not stop she attempted to finish. I kept saying stop this isn't nice stop. She eventually stopped and told me that she thought I was talking to my daughter to stop in a very nonchalant way. I said the jell was only left on for a few seconds my daughter was screaming in pain why didn't you stop. She said she can not stop in the middle of procedure and that I should not tell her how to do her job. Habib's immediate reaction was defensive which was concerning being that my daughter was so upset. She kept showing me the needle and said you know what I was doing, implying its suppose to hurt. Habib made derogative remarks telling me that after us seeing three different dentist maybe it wasn't the dentist and that it was in fact my daughter that was the problem. I asked her if my daughter was completely numb now and if the cavity could be finished because, at this point she had a giant hole in her tooth. Habib said it was very numb at this point. I told her to try and finish the one cavity. She went to drill again and my daughter started crying again after a few seconds in pain. Habib stopped and put a temporary filling in her tooth. She was very defensive and told me that if I wasn't comfortable with her to go see somone else. Habib left me very worried and confused because, I did not know what to do next. When I asked her if I could schedule this in the hospital she said they won't let her schedule this in the hospital because, she only has 4 cavities and they will laugh at her for scheduling an appointment in the hospital for sedation. I said so this is not common for children to be in this much pain and she said this is very unusual and that shes never seen this before. If this was such an unusual incident, wouldn't you as the dentist be more empathetic and want the patient more comfortable, stop the procedure if your patient is in pain crying and not get so defensive as to tell me to go see somone else. Instead she tried to make the problem my daughter. Who is the most cooperative child. My daughter was screaming mommy make them stop. I am extremely saddened with how we were treated by Habib-Chiang. read more

This husband and wife team of dentists is amazing! They have been my kids dentists for about 8 years and I trust them completely. They are thorough professionals and are excellent at what they do. They monitor progress, recommend best course of action, co-ordinate with orthodontist and have just the right personal touch to make children most comfortable in the office setting. Their office is very nice and kid-friendly and front-desk staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The office is beautiful and clean. The dentist was amazing. We saw both husband and wife on different days. Our kids felt comfortable right away and left with a big smile! This place is SUPER! My children have been patients for 6 years. The atmosphere is kid friendly, from the waiting room to the dentist chair! The office is neat, organized and very clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful! The doctors are amazing. My youngest cried in the waiting room but as soon as he met with Dr. Rose Ann he was immediately mesmerized by her and forgot what why he was so nervous! At times we had to stop becasue he was laughing so much! He continued on to have his tooth pulled and without hesitation my son was happy to listen to Dr Rose Ann. The process was 100% painless for him! He got up from the chair loving the dentist! They keep track of the childrens progress and direct you in the right way. They are also attentive to appointment reminders and follow ups.
