They updated it years after its original creation due to changed circumstances and were extremely happy with their outcomes both times. Stephanie is so personal yet extremely professional. The space of the office reflects that as well. She's welcoming and gracious, and takes time for people in a way you wouldn't expect from a profession that's known for being busy and charging a lot. I would not need to call everyday if Stephanie would see to it that my sister pays us what is owed from the estate. The lawyer is supposed to be helping the siblings. However, Stephanie is not helping at all. At the moment, I just can't recommend this law firm. I feel like this firm does not see my sister and I as human. I feel like we are just another family with estate issues that should not be a problem in the first place. Called up Henry back in July after an extremely frustrating experience with a relatively new car (8…read moremonths old) being off the road for over 4 weeks waiting for parts. He walked me through the process, took care of everything and ultimately got me a solid cash settlement which I'm pretty confident is more than I would have gotten if I had worked directly with the manufacturer toward a resolution. Additionally, I would have probably needed to put quite a few hours of my own time into dealing with them; time I don't really have. Honestly, if your car qualifies as a lemon, just get a professional lemon law lawyer like Henry involved. Henry also has a flat fee and will split things 50/50 if you end up below that value (and typically, you are entitled to your legal fees as part of the process). Yes, technically you don't need a lawyer to pursue lemon law claims, but you're going to spend way less of your time, most likely get a more lucrative settlement and be in good hands with Henry helping you!
