Called up Henry back in July after an extremely frustrating experience with a relatively new car (8…read moremonths old) being off the road for over 4 weeks waiting for parts. He walked me through the process, took care of everything and ultimately got me a solid cash settlement which I'm pretty confident is more than I would have gotten if I had worked directly with the manufacturer toward a resolution. Additionally, I would have probably needed to put quite a few hours of my own time into dealing with them; time I don't really have. Honestly, if your car qualifies as a lemon, just get a professional lemon law lawyer like Henry involved. Henry also has a flat fee and will split things 50/50 if you end up below that value (and typically, you are entitled to your legal fees as part of the process). Yes, technically you don't need a lawyer to pursue lemon law claims, but you're going to spend way less of your time, most likely get a more lucrative settlement and be in good hands with Henry helping you!
