The don't need the customers or accounts and don't conduct business professionally as do all the branches on the Island. The reps should all be sent to a branch where they need to gain customers, to gain appreciation of how hard most Chase employees work. Do not reccomend. Not that they need the biz. Keep or use Chase, but Choose a friendly branch.
