Dr. Jennifer Mokris and her assistant Heather were very thorough and patient with calm demeanors. Dr Mokris was very proficient in diagnosing my problems, and clearly explained my options. I won't hesitate to recommend Dr Mokris to my husband and any other new friends on Amelia Island!

THEY SAID THEY DID, , THEY WERE COVERED. I went in to have a partial made with molars... They charged me $1233.00 but that's not all! supposedly I had to pay in full on the first visit! before doing ANYTHING...!! They took an impression... but made a mistake on it so it couldn't be used , and then had to take ANOTHER IMPRESSION charged me for another one!! Medicare was supposed to pay $1500. But they only gave HALF ($776.00) because , Sharp Smiles WAS NOT in the network!! They should have told me when I called that they were not in my network but led me to believe I was covered. !! Pretty sneaky! they did two impressions and then sent me an additional bill for $724. So $1957.00 total.. when I could have been directed to a "network Dentist" and the whole thing would have been free!! I cancelled my order to have the partial made and they are charging me anyway!! for all the hard work they did talking my impressions!! (I could have done THAT myself (They are going to give me a refund .. but took out over $500, for 2 impressions!! (most dentists don't charge for impressions) I just want you to know, that I never received the partial, and also how dishonest this practice is! DO NOT GO TO SHARP SMILES!! I searched/called and obviously most offices were unavailable/already on holiday. I walked i to Concourse as last resort because, well they were open and I was desperate! They accommodated me the VERY NEXT day right before the holiday weekend!! I was SO IMPRESSED with the office and all the ladies at the front! I came in, the young doctor, sorry don't have is name at the moment...Dr. Tazan perhaps? Well he was UHMAZZZING!! He was SO honest, transparent, humble, conscientious, gentle and was just AMAZING!! He didn't try to scare me or upsell me or suggest all these extra unnecessary services like so many of us have experienced!! He gave me peace of mind that it wasn't anything urgent, take some tylenol for the pain and even suggested I find a dentist in my city so someone else wouldn't have to pick up where he left off once I was back home!! THAT to meeee spoke VOLUMES!!! And they got me in the VERY next day!! Who does that anymore?? I would HIGHLY recommend this office!!
