I was visiting my family for the holidays and started getting tooth discomfort. It got so bad rite before New Year's Eve that my mother insisted I have it checked out. I searched/called and obviously most offices were unavailable/already on holiday. I walked i to Concourse as last resort because, well they were open and I was desperate! They accommodated me the VERY NEXT day right before the holiday weekend!! I was SO IMPRESSED with the office and all the ladies at the front! I came in, the young doctor, sorry don't have is name at the moment...Dr. Tazan perhaps? Well he was UHMAZZZING!! He was SO honest, transparent, humble, conscientious, gentle and was just AMAZING!! He didn't try to scare me or upsell me or suggest all these extra unnecessary services like so many of us have experienced!! He gave me peace of mind that it wasn't anything urgent, take some tylenol for the pain and even suggested I find a dentist in my city so someone else wouldn't have to pick up where he left off once I was back home!! THAT to meeee spoke VOLUMES!!! And they got me in the VERY next day!! Who does that anymore?? I would HIGHLY recommend this office!! I was ESPECIALLY surprised at their low rating on Yelp and just DO NOT understand how that can be!! Again, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this office and dentist!! read more

waited two months for an appointment. I was very specific and clear that I wanted a cleaning during the visit and was assured my teeth would be cleaned. I was kept waiting 45 minutes and then told I needed a separate appointment for the cleaning . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! There's good reason for the overall two star reviews! read more

Incredible poor customer service! I made an appointment in May. Received a two week notification prior, and when I arrived they couldn't find my records. I called the office on two consecutive days and was told that I would receive a return call from the office manager. It been over a week and I still have not heard back from anyone. Besides readjusting my work schedule, loss time/wages, I doubt they understand the inconveniences this has caused. read more

Do not recommend - went there for a couple of years and the dentist is good but I have been due a refund for a while and they did not tell me or refund the money. I think this is dishonest. They also are high pressure on non-routine and unnecessary procedures that insurance doesn't cover. read more

The office staff is a complete mess here, it's a shame because the dentist herself is very nice. Beware the hygienist and the rest of the sales team. Our appointment was cancelled because we never received a confirmation call...so long wait at the office to get an idea of how to repair the tooth turned into a long sales pitch with a condescending plaque-scraping salesperson. Everything is routed through a call center near Chicago, and 5 phone calls later, no office manager call back to resolve issues with the rude employees. Maybe it's a "sellers market" because people are going back to dentists after the pandemic pause and they appear to be pushing extra services via high pressure sales tactics. We had to wait for weeks to get a shattered tooth looked at and ended up with a $100 estimate and that sick feeling you get after spending the weekend at a time share resort, after being peppered with BS. read more

I just returned from an awful experience at Concourse Dental Care. After making sure by phone that they took my dental discount plan, and going over details on several phone calls just to make sure I understood, I made an appointment. Once there, every price that had been quoted me on the phone was much higher. In addition they wouldn't give me a price on the main part of the work I wanted to have done, until I agreed to pay for X-rays (which I did not want) and an exam (both priced higher than stated on the phone). They then told me that I had to have X-rays "by law". As another person on this forum said....we went "round and round " for over 30 minutes. Most everything I had been told on the phone was different. They finally told me that they "had their own prices" for my dental plan....regardless of prices listed for each service on my actual plan! At that point, I just walked out feeling very disappointed at the lack of honesty, integrity and professionalism I had just witnessed. read more

Every time I visit this office there is an issue with something. Today was no different. I'm done with them. The front office staff are horrible to say the least. I had a new insurance plan and she refused to verify and wanted me to be a cash paying patient since it had not been verified. My appointment was at 8:00 am and no one came to the front desk until 8:10 am. Then I was told that I would have to reschedule because they did not have time to complete my entire visit because I did not call and give them the insurance prior to the visit. I have been the healthcare business for over 25 years and it does not take 30 minutes to verify insurance. Save your time seek care elsewhere. read more

I just contacted this dental group do to my current is out of network. I explained to the receptionist what type of insurance I had and what I'm needing to be done, "crown". She told me I would need a new set of X-rays. I explained I just had X-rays done. Her response was you need to bring them in. I questioned her and asked why she couldn't call to obtain them? Her response was "I guess I can"so this was the 1st red flag her attitude. 2nd red flag she would not give me estimate on the there cost for a crown, I explained I contacted my insurance and I gave her the amount that they stated they would pay, she kept telling me she couldn't give me that information we kept going round and round and she finally told me what the cost was without insurance ok that's all I was asking. First impression's to me mean everything I'm fearful as it is to go to the dentist. I felt she was very unprofessional and that I was bothering her. I would not recommend this dental group. I feel that maybe they need to have this receptionist have more training on customer service or maybe look for a job that she doesn't need people skills. read more

I came here months ago with a severe toothache of what was suppose to be a root canal from years ago. We discussed my options and pulled the tooth and planning an implant soon. Doc is very supportive and professional and has a great "bedside manner". The staff is always friendly and supportive all around definitely a 5 star Dental office!! read more

After our last dentist was dropped by our insurance I had to find a dentist for my family of six. I made sure they handled some basic pediatric dentistry since my kid are ages 7-12. Our initial appointments were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hygienists were so kind and great with my kids. We met Dr. Kyle Wiblishouser at that first visit and he seemed courteous and knowledgeable. We were initially glad to have found them. Today, however, two of my daughters had appointments for fillings and extractions. They were nervous going in and at the first wince Dr Kyle Wiblishouser snapped at my 9 year old daughter to be quiet. He continued to be unduly stressed and had to modify her treatment plan after a few years. We made it through that appointment but in my 12 year olds appointment, he hurt her when trying to give her more anesthesia and she winced and he looked at her face and said she needed to "suck it up." At this point I told him we were done and we paid and left without having any work done on her. This man is clearly inexperienced and should not have taken on pediatric patients. Kids at the dentist are a handful-I'll give you that. But this was mild and his complete ineptitude and youth showed. Do yourself a favor and don't let this man near your children's mouth! read more

WOW - got my first crown started (tooth is all prepped now at appointment #1 and crown being built so I need to come back in 2 weeks for the final appointment #2) and well? THANK YOU Concourse Dental. They got me in within my super tight schedule and just like that (and for way cheaper than other dentists have ever quoted me in the past for such work) I was on my way down the road to Disney World. When Dr. Dahl was in this establishment it was amazing. All the front desk and assistants in the back are great. However, Dr. Weaver has terrible Ego problems, bed side manor and his whole demeanor is just sad to even see in someone you expect to be professional and reassuring and positive. I will not be going back, sadly. But I wish all the staff the best, as he treats them a little rough as well. read more

Finally getting around to writing a proper review for the services of our new dentist and the amazing dental office at Concourse Dental Care in Yulee. This has been the best find/score of the year for us. They direct marketed in the mail so we found them right in our mailbox up in St. Mary's, GA. After living in the area for 11 months without finding a new dentist we finally took the leap of faith. WOW - we were able to get appointments for new patient cleaning, exam and x-rays pretty quickly. Simply put; they work a LOT of hours and are open early and late. Quite the dedication level from the Doctors and the entire staff. From the very first impression (the brand new facility is a state of the art palace) to the care we received to the follow-up we have been blown away. Just super impressive! I even went back in a month later to have a wisdom tooth extracted - the same tooth I was told every 6 months for 30 years that I needed to get out. I'm 49 now by the way...haha What a breeze that procedure was - and super affordable too. As you get older you likely WILL have dental issues that come up unfortunately. I just appreciate how Dr. Rocha and her staff took the time to fully explain everything to me. And I'm pretty inquisitive ;) I feel they established the relationship very well from the get go. Certainly they identified things my previous dentist chose to never discuss or alert us about. Nobody likes to hear (and see) issues with their teeth but having a trustworthy and affordable professional on your side certainly can't hurt. Special shout out to Ashley, Dr. Rocha and Brittany up front at the reception desk. I can't thank you enough. You deserve this 5 glowing star review and more. Keep up the great work..... read more

They started advertising in October and made an appointment for me in November. They took all of my information, and told me that they DO take my dental insurance. Then they delayed opening and changed my appointment several times, until they finally settled for Dec. 19. Fifteen hours before my appointment, they called and said they DO NOT take my insurance. Now I've been waiting for almost two months for an appointment that is never going to happen. Thanks for jerking me around, Concourse Dental. read more

As soon as we walked into the door we go to sign in on a clipboard that reads "Dental Care" across the top and I am met with a receptionist that informs me that I am signing my 16 year old up to hear about Botox that they are working to get certified to offer soon. My daughter, the most meticulous individual I have ever known about her own dental hygiene, is our guinea pig for new dental groups as I know if I am told her teeth have issues that I am being rooked. My daughter was taken back, and within a short period of time a representative from the practice comes out with an ear piece and a clip board and rattles off that my daughter has 4 cavities and this will cost an estimate of $972 to treat. I was told I could buy into a dental plan (we are self pay) for $48 monthly (to cover my family) and that this would reduce our treatment cost from $972 to over $700 for the four fillings, but paying $48 monthly to save a trivial amount on a bunk (not needed) treatment. Nope. When I asked to see these cavities on x ray I was told they were just ones seen with the naked eye and would not show up on x ray. I was shown pictures after the cleaning, and these were flecks of stain around her molar sealants that would not even require numbing to touch up. I feel like this was an attempt to gain profit and was not clinically indicated. Also was told upon viewing of the photos of the teeth in question that there were 3 areas needing "filling". Shady. I won't return to this practice, and neither will my three other children, nor my husband, nor myself. I don't recommend this practice, as they are in it for the money and not for the patient. Also, while I was in the office a salesperson was there, and a personnel in management was boasting that a salesperson of some sort of scanner was giving out "$50 gift cards to the employee that did the fastest scan" to prompt him to offer employees this perk as. I am an RN and this sort of behavior seems so wrong and foreign to me. It should be about clinical excellence, not how far financially you can tax people for unnecessary work. I have been to practices of this kind in the past, and they are draining in every sense of the word. Beware! read more
