The letter states it "has been reviewed and approved by Dr. Mark Freeman." This letter: * Minimizes permanent traumatic burns as a mere "red line." * Presents a narrative of follow-up that is contradicted by my documented communications (emails, patient chart records, and cellphone company provided call logs). * Confirms the technician "used a marker to mark treatment areas," yet the practice only offered a refund months later, after intervention by the Attorney General's Office. * Systematically avoids accountability by ignoring my written and in-person requests, thereby abandoning its patient care obligations. The practice has still not provided a diagnosis or treatment plan, and I continue to pay for specialist care independently. I went to Dr. Capener on two occasions. Once to have my ear worked on and the other time to be…read morechecked for cancer. I had fluid in my ear for over a month, he was able to treat the infection. This doctor is thorough, thinks outside the box and really cares about the quality of work. Dr. Capener listens and asks questions rather than jumping to conclusions. Another thing I liked about this doctor is that he will have you try preventative medicine. I really have not had any problems from the work he did. I was referred to him by several acquaintances. One had their hearing restored by him, another who had him help with their thyroid and others who had toncelitis. He is highly skilled and can handle complex problems but knows when patients need the care of a different specialty and will refer those patients for proper treatment by the specialist needed. After so many people recommended him, I tried him and really did have good results. Talk to him personally don't just take my word for it.
