I had called to purchase a new policy and to add my granddaughter as a new driver. Spoke to Jose and during our conversation, he never once mentioned the extra $160.00+ fee that is charged by the agency themselves. They call it, "Policy or Service Fee Consent" but they, Jose never mentioned these fees. They charge it separately from the policy itself. It wasn't until I went to sign the paperwork, I seen the hidden fee, and I specifically typed on the signature line, "LET'S DISCUSS THESE FEES". I did not receive a call from anyone at Superior. and it was already after closing. I called the next day and spoke to a woman and told her I wanted to cancel my policy because these extra fees that were never discussed, she stated in a raised voice, "you're not getting that back and that you signed the paperwork approving it". So, I guess when the electronic signature crap they send you automatically signs your name even though it gives you a choice to type what you want, it converts it to a signature. My paperwork shows exactly what I typed and SIGNED. They at Superior are saying that I SIGNED IT AND AGREED TO IT... THAT'S A LIE. I am filing a complaint with the NC Insurance Commissioner of their shady business doings. I have never had an Insurance Agency bill me a service fee on top of what I am charged from the Insurance company themselves, including the one I am currently with. Keep shopping for a better and more honest Insurance Agency!!!

However, contrary to what this site says, Glenn's office has been permanently closed since December 31, 2019. We thought they may have been on an extended holiday leave, as each call to the direct phone number kept getting us forwarded to the main call center. They would not give us any conclusive information on why we couldn't reach the office directly. On January 22, 2020, I searched my past emails for any correspondence from his office. I found an email from Lisa Lee, dated May of 2019. I took a chance and reached out to her. Thankfully, the next day, Lisa confirmed that the office had been closed at the end of last year, and that she is still associated with Allstate through the office of Glenn's former colleague. The new office is located at 817 2nd Loop Rd, Ste A, Florence, SC. I highly recommend that, if you were pleased with doing business with Glenn, then you should/could reach Lisa Lee at her new location above. Her new email address is LisaLee1@allstate.com. Maintaining your present policy is as easy as calling/emailing Lisa your policy number, including you general information, (name, address, etc.,) for a seamless transition. We stopped in and updated her new system with our Allstate policy information; and, frankly, to find out what happened. (All previous client information was not retrievable when Glenn's office computers were closed out; therefore, Lisa has no way of contacting his direct clients to let them know of her new location). I hope this information helps any of Glenn's previous clients, as well as those looking to start a policy with folks who absolutely have you in good hands.
