There have been times when I have waited a bit for my appointment, but I know the doctors sometimes have emergency patients, or patients who present with unexpected symptoms, and require more time. He came in for 5 minutes and basically told her she needs a new prescription. Then *poof* he was gone. I've never had any issues with the staff; in my experience they have been polite and helpful. But the inefficiency and the way patients' time is casually wasted is making me consider finding another provider. I dread going there because I never know how much of my day is going to be lost.

I have found the Doctor and staff to be fantastic. They alerted me to potential problems and how they were checking annually to ensure we addressed them if needed. The frame selection is good, and for the first time in my life, I was able to get the same frames that I had last year (and I love). Price-wise, it is obviously insurance-dependent, but I am paying less now than I did a few years back. Lastly, I was told to expect my frames back in two weeks, and I received my progressives with all the bells and whistles in 5 business days (even with a holiday and weekend in the middle)! So quick!
