I had a few showings that were never confirmed & had other brokers just popping up at my house. It took forever to list my property. Contracts got sent literally a month after listing my property. Things happen & I understand sometimes agents & brokers have no control over that but all of the above is what I went through & way to many mistakes for my liking. I did not renew my listing with this office & now I'm working with an A plus real estate office who returns calls & has been there to help me every step of the way in helping selling my house. I would not recommend this real estate office, unless you're ok with dealing with a lack of professionals.
