I called Sean at pac and mail he said he put my box in an envelope so it wouldn't get lost. The envelope was opened and box removed prior to delivery. Sean said he would start a claim with USPS. After weeks he said claim was denied , I sent him pic of envelop to contest the claim. I have had no email or phone response since, he won't call me and he answers the phone and says this is not Sean but I know it is. This guy is bad news, I bet he never put a claim in since he won't respond, next step nys claims court .

I explained it was already paid for and he quickly realized his error. The box I was sending was small but I needed tape to close it. He then told me he would need a $1 to tape up the box. It was seriously all of 8 inches of tape. I highly doubt that Uline packing tape cost that much... in fact I am very aware it doesn't. Never again. If I don't have to us UPS, I won't. And I didn't even get a receipt for the purchase of my pathetic piece of tape. Are they actually putting that money in the register?

Very bad operating procedures. My package was delivered to the wrong address; after reporting this to Prism I was told I have 60 days to file a claim. I have called multiple times & been told it takes time to process a claim, also that I can do it myself. Turns out I could not do it myself but had to have FedEx do it as it was an international shipment. Still, I was only on the phone with FedEx for 3 minutes & they had the claim filed. Prism could have handled this but does not care enough about their clientes to do customer service.

Every time I call this branch every single employee that I have spoken to has given me some form of…read moreattitude or frustration with the most minor questions. I have experienced the same issue going in person and it is quite frustrating. I understand working at a post office is probably a very stressful job, especially around the holiday season but those of us who are coming in there have our own stresses and frustrations too. I have never once taken my frustration out on an employee doing their job especially considering I work in healthcare so I have a very stressful job as well. I genuinely dread having to call or go to my local post office in Vestal since I'm treated like a nuisance.
