I'll do my best to capture why he's the best: Property sale: The first time we met Pete, he provided us with a detailed analysis of the property market and a solid indication of the list price he could list our house at. He didn't pressure us into selling, he wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting into and were making the right decision. This was probably 3 years ago. We called him periodically and asked to touch base and see how the market was doing. Eventually, when we had one of these calls, the state of the market and our personal financial situation aligned on a promising and safe outcome for our family. We decided to proceed. Pete did a phenomenal job of organizing the sale. He helped us get a shortlist of renovations we could do to maximize marketability, and as well his consultant helped us to decorate and stage the house. We were able to improve the look of the place substantially in a short period of time and at a minimal cost, and had it listed within a couple of weeks. Then came the marketing! Pete created market buzz and drummed up interest which led to an offer the Monday after it was listed on a Saturday!! Pete's got an incredible contact list for almost anything you need related to home purchasing, selling, and often renovations. If he gives you a reference, you can rest assured it's a good one. It's incredibly helpful when organizing all of the required events for a home sale and purchase. Property Purchase: We wanted to buy our next home out of the city.
