Each time the transaction is smooth and pleasant. The service is quick and effective. I feel secure sending my vehicle here. Having your engine worked on is super-stressful on a variety of levels and this service location does a great job of handling each stage of the process with kindness and efficiency. My car comes back clean and in a timely manner. Gordie's refuses to rectify the problem and to add insult to injury provided a lengthy fabricated list of unneeded repairs that would add up to thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Fortunately this senior lady had the wherewithal to refuse additional business with Gordie's and instead took her vehicle to another auto repair shop that took care of her ethically and honestly. A "lottery win" moment for me. It took only 2 days to have it brought over from another location and was installed ahead of time because of the forecasted inclement Michigan weather.
