The sprinkler system is not set up properly, they have the flower beds and grass on the same zone, beds and grass need different amounts of watering. I asked to have the drip system connected to my pots, which wasn't done. They beds were not turned or tilled, they just put potting soil on the top of the bed. I didn't realize it until I started to dig holes for new plantings and the bed under the 3 inches of potting soil where hard and hadn't been turned in the slightest. I tried calling numerous times and sent texts, last response was over a month ago saying they would send someone out the next week which never happened. Extremely disappointed.

I imagine they won't last even though they have hundreds now. They're too nice to pass up. Remember always try to tip the staff when they trim the tree up, net it and put it on or in your car. I'm sure the staff depends on extra money for Christmas and I have zero relation or incentive to say please tip. Just a long time customer that appreciates small businesses and great service.
