Today, after the second request for my information, I explained that I was tired of their harassment and wanted to speak to a manager. The cashier claimed he was a supervisor. I explained last time I walked out, and that he could either accept I wasn't providing personal information or keep the item. He proceeded to ring it up, then continued badgering me with all the reasons they wanted the information while my credit card processed. Shop elsewhere.

Case in point I like to keep a few Epoxy quick setting tubes in the tool box. I had some from years ago and it was all pretty good stuff but the last purchase of it inFeb of 2024 the left A tubes were solid and as a result the glue was unusable. I foolishly did not check the product by opening it or squeezing it, duh NOT. So they will not exchange it or refund it, both packages are bad, $3.58 thrown away. I went back and mentioned to a worker just for fun and she actually said the sex on the chicks are only about 80% accurate so I think that should be advertised for people like me that don't know. Every Black & Decker customer support phone number I tried calling said nobody was available to take my call. I tried emailing them on their blackanddeckerapplicances.com website twice but have not heard anything and did not receive a confirmation that the email was even sent. It is amazing a company can sell you a product but after that trying to get customer service is almost non-existent. I would give this review a 0 starts if I could.
