There are so many fields (inside and out), a couple bar areas (for sodas & snacks only of course) and they have some games and the rock climbing facility. I've also seen corn hole boards, ping pong tables and tvs. I've always thought this would be a perfect place to rent out for a few hours, have a wiffleball game and let the kids get their energy out while celebrating a birthday or special occasion. My only reason for deducting one star is the bathrooms could use a little updating (but the ladies room in the back does have lockers and a shower).

Trainers are mostly good, engaged, knowledgeable but a few I have seen them on the phone not as engaged. The reason for the 2 stars is this place is filthy dirty. I don't think have ever cleaned the bathroom ever since they opened over 30 years ago. It's very disappointing to see them being so cheap to hire a janitor to clean weekly for the health of our kids. Everyone is probably breathing mold, I wish this place could get audited for health inspection it would fail in a second.

I love this organization because there are events all season long as well as weekly games. You get to raise money for charity, drink, and socialize! I have met a lot of great people and also reunited with some people I haven't seen in years which is awesome! Events range from karaoke brunches, to charity beer olympics, to mid season and end of season parties. There are also themed weeks (anything but clothes, pirates and schoolgirls), slip n slide weeks, and fun gentleman's rules to make it more interesting. If you're looking for a fun way to meet new people in the city, join WAKA!

For a holiday weekend event, the level of competition was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near worth the travel, hotel costs, and entry fees. The building security acted like they were TSA or FBI agents solving a major case instead of managing a youth volleyball tournament. Completely over the top and unpleasant from the second you walk in the door. The single overpriced snack bar couldn't handle the crowd and offered little to no healthy options. Spectator seating was awful -- uncomfortable and inadequate for families paying to spend entire days there supporting their athletes. The coffee bar was equally disappointing. Staff were rude and completely unaccommodating. Ordered a hot coffee and asked for flavor pumps? Nope. Apparently there's "no way to charge for it," so the answer is just no. And to top it off, you can't even bring your coffee in the door without throwing it away. Overall, SAC was not worth sacrificing an entire Memorial Day weekend for. Save your team's time, money, and sanity and go to literally any other tournament.

This gym has it all: Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, cf equipment, mats, etc. and Chris, the owner, seems like one of those guys who knows way more than you realize, and you realize he knows a lot, so that's impressive. (And he looks like Christian bale, so that's pretty amazing, too). If I lived here, I would train here full time.
