The free heat bangs so loud and often during the day/night that it keeps you awake at night. Water so rusty that your shower curtain will be brown within a week. The blinds don't close all the way and you have no privacy. There are abandoned cars with flat tires or the neighbors take up two car spaces, Neighbors fist fight and are loud. The parking lot always has neighbors hanging out and smoking and the smell gets into your apartment. The lease says no dogs when there are dogs living here and these dogs bark and run rampant and no one cleans up after them and they do their business in the hallways. The laundry rooms don't get clean often and the cleaner is surly and rude to Tenants. This is nothing more than the ghetto and I would warn you to stay away! read more
