Amtrak sucks and trains are never on time. Min 20-30 min delay every single day. They don't care…read moreabout customer's time. Wifi is hit or miss on the train and network is choppy. Train delays are due to stupid reasons and Amtrak cannot do anything about it. Tracks are owned by CSX and they have to follow their orders. Passengers are given lowest priority. Amtrak sucks and I would not recommend traveling by Amtrak. Use any other mode if possible.

Our bus never arrived, yet the app continued to show it was on time. We received no notification, and there were no employees available to help. We missed our connection because of Greyhound's delays, customer service was unhelpful, and our replacement tickets no longer allowed my elderly mother and me to sit together despite paying for reserved seating. Multiple passengers were assigned the same seat numbers, creating confusion and frustration. The Richmond station was dirty, with rats running around the waiting area. On the bus, passengers openly smoked marijuana, the electrical outlets didn't work, and baggage loading was chaotic. To make matters worse, metal hardware protruding from my seat caused me hours of back pain before I realized what was digging into me. What should have been a straightforward trip turned into an exhausting ordeal filled with delays, poor communication, unsafe conditions, and terrible customer service. I understand delays happen, but the complete lack of communication, organization, and concern for passenger especially elderly traveler is unacceptable. I will never travel with Greyhound again and cannot recommend them!!
