Train delays are due to stupid reasons and Amtrak cannot do anything about it. Tracks are owned by CSX and they have to follow their orders. Passengers are given lowest priority. Have called repeatedly and was told they never received my dispute form in the mail. So then emailed them with proof and never heard back about a resolution. They keep sending me Bills for payment. They need to work with EZPASS directly as to any issues with Pay by Plate not communicating properly with EZPASS. This borders on harassment. I never remove my EZPASS and go through the tolls many, many times a week. This Pay by Plate system has obvious bugs and they are not helpful via phone and will not communicate back about resolving these issues. They only send bill upon bill all the while compounding late fees.

From my many years of riding a transit system (WMATA) that moves with their city as a rider would it be easier on your drivers and more efficient for the 2c to go from the transit station in one direction either north or south and back to the transit station.
