Several thousand dollars later we called Koors from Greensburg who found the problem 1st trip within 10 minutes and had it fixed within a week. Beard insisted we still owed them every dime even after we sent the statement from Koors who actually solved the problem. POOR VALUE for $$. Terry Beard said the smell was due to the owners cats but they didn't own any pets! Just another excuse. If Terry Beard took his car to a service shop several times for the same problem and they didn't fix it, would he want to pay each time they looked at it & said it was fixed? No one would. I'm not sure the car service shop would charge if the problem was not fixed. It's just greed.
