After successfully registering, they sent me a calendar invite which was helpful as well as a reminder a day or two before your actual class. The CSRE suite with its classroom is located on the second floor of the brick building (which had lots of parking space). The facility and equipment were clean. The instructions especially Kristen were very friendly and knowledgable!! I felt the pacing was appropriate and instructions/communication was clear. I was in and out within the estimated course time. Bathrooms and water fountains available throughout the building. I honestly have no complaints and would highly recommend!

They assist you in preparing for the donation. The phlebotomist is prompt with their professional and caring treatment of the client (donor). Sometimes they fall behind, especially during peak hours, but by enlarge they are timely, and the treats are welcomed always. My one recommendation is to bring back the refrigerated bottled water. The fountain at the rear of the donation floor is not convenient to those that sit in the lounging area near the food court, they do have juice boxes in the refrigerator but if you are a diabetic, water is the preferred drink, cold water is better that room temperature from the pour down fountain. Word of advice, come prepared, complete the self-questionnaire, Rapid Pass, get the short cut on-line application, this contains your donation history, Donor Number (bar-code) and that will facilitate the administrative signing in process.
