We already had a scheduled appointment, so I was disappointed that no one reached out to let me know she wouldn't be able to make it. Instead, I waited without any communication. I also reached out to the company at 11:15 AM, but four days later I still had not received any follow up. Doug was friendly, thorough in explaining everything, responsive and accommodating to requests and problem issues during the entire process. The foreman, Erik, is a master craftsman carpenter. He is detail-oriented and skilled at what he does. We also had another closet that just needed to be re-balanced, and Erik fixed that like it was a piece of cake. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the drawers were straightened and drawer pulls were tightened in that closet as well.
